    Abstract: THIS INVENTION IS DIRECTED TO PROVIDE A METHOD FOR PRODUCING AN IMPACT RESISTANCE RESIN COMPOSITION HAVING EXCELLENT CHROMATICITY, COMPATIBILITY BETWEEN PHYSICAL PROPERTIES SUCH AS IMPACT RESISTANCE AND STIFFNESS. THE PRODUCTION METHOD WILL ENABLE TO DRASTICALLY DECREASE DRAINING TREATMENT. THE IMPACT RESISTANCE RESIN COMPOSITION IS PRODUCED BY MAKING A RESIN NOT CONTAINING A RUBBER COMPONENT USING A CONTINUOUS BULK POLYMERIZATION, ADDING A GRAFT COPOLYMER CONTAINING THE RUBBER COMPONENT AT THE SECOND HALF STEP OF THE MONOMER REMOVING PROCESS, NAMELY IN THE MELT STATE OF THE RESIN, AND MIXING THEM. IT IS DESIRABLE THAT THE GRAFT COPOLYRNER IS OBTAINED BY PRELIMINARILY DEHYDRATING AND DRYING SLURRY OR WET CAKE OBTAINED FROM A EMULSION POLYMERIZATION LATEX.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing fiber for concrete to prevent the growth of crack even when generated in the concrete. SOLUTION: This reinforcing fiber for concrete comprises nylon monofilament having non-circular cross-section, 300 to 15,000 dtex of fiber denier, at least 10% of elongation, 5/4 to 10/1 of flatness, 10 to 60 mm of fiber length, preferably 3.5 cN/dtex of tenacity and preferably mixed in the level of 0.5 to 2 vol%, where excellent reinforcing effect can be achieved by forming ruggedness of 0.1 to 0.5 mm in height on the fiber surface.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To purify water, by integrally forming aggregate at least partly constituted of carriers coated with microbes with a binder and specifying the property and the burning temperature. SOLUTION: A surface layer 1 composed of aggregate constituted of ceramic particles or the like and a base layer 2 as an organism-adhering carrier composed of aggregate such as sand, porous ceramic, for instance, are burned at 800-1250 deg.C with a sintering binder such as cement to integrally form them and constitute a water-permeable block. Then, aggregate as an organism-adhering carrier is porous and has a water-absorbing rate of 5-50% to increase the coating function of microbes and also secures the strength. The water-permeable block has 10-45% void, 1×10 cm/sec or more permeability coefficient basing on JIS A-1218, 85-97% water retension rate to the void. And the block simultaneously satisfies the strength, the water permeable function, and the water retentive function to sufficiently bring out the water-purifying function. In this way, organic materials can be decomposed and nutritious salts can be removed by the microbes stuck on the block, and soil and underground water can be prevented from pollution.

SOLUTION: A framework 4 on whose inner surface an adhesion-strengthening agent 5 for concrete and the like, obtained by mixing a fiber-reinforcing material 3 of cement-based hardening material and a water-soluble or alkali-soluble adhesive or an adhesive being decomposed with an alkali, has been coated or laminated is used, and concrete 1 is charged in the framework 4, solidified, and cured. Then, the framework is detached. The fiber-reinforcing material 3 is hair-planted in the concrete in such a manner that the one side of the fiber is taken in the concrete and the other end is exposed. The adhesion of mortar to the concrete can be strengthened by coating the mortar 2 on the surface of such concrete.
