    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit substrate by a method wherein a high-precision circuit pattern is formed at least on one surface of a liquid crystal polymer film subject to dimensional changes due to external force. SOLUTION: In this method, a reinforcement board and one of the surfaces of the liquid crystal polymer film is bonded together by an organic layer in between, a circuit pattern is formed on the other surface of the polymer film, and then the polymer film is released from the reinforcement board.     Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain an original plate for planographic printing without requiring dampening water having high adhesion strength of silicone rubber layer and a photosensitive layer and improved printing durability by incorporating a polymer of specified structure in its side chain into the photosensitive layer. CONSTITUTION:A polymer having a structure expressed by formula I in its side chain is incorporated as a component into the photosensitive layer. In formula I, one of X and Y represents a polymer chain and the other is SiR4n(OR 5)3-n. R1 is hydrogen atom, alkyl group of 1-10 carbon number, alkenyl group of 2-10 carbon number, etc., R2, R3 are divalent hydrocarbon group of 1-10 carbon number, R4, R5 are alkyl group of 1-10 carbon number, alkenyl group of 2-10 carbon number, etc., and n is an integer from 0 to 2. Z is hydrogen atom or the like. As for the substrate, polymer film, metal plate, paper or composite material of these can be used. Thereby, whole developing process can be made simple, and the silicone rubber layer and photosensitive layer adhere strongly to each other by chemical bonding. The obtd. original plate for planographic printing without requiring dampening water has improved printing durability.
