The printing plate of the present invention gives excellent dot reproduction, hardly causes cracking in the photosensitive layer, and has a wide latidude in production.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant and solvent resistant resin having a low relative dielectric constant. SOLUTION: This low dielectric constant polymer composition contains fluorine containing polyamic acid or fluorine containing polyimide and a compound having at least 3 allylic groups in a molecule. The polyamic acid is the low dielectric constant polymer composition expressed in formula 1. In the formula 1, X, Z1, Z2, and Z3 express a direct bond or O. Y expresses a direct bond, O, or a divalent organic group in a formula 2. As for 1, this is 0 or 1, and p is 0 to 4, but 1 and p are not 0 simultaneously. As for q, this is 0 to 5, and r and t are 0 to 4, but q, s, r, and t are not 0 simultaneously. Ar is a monocyclic or condensed polycyclic aromatic group and tetra-valent aromatic group of C6 to 50, selected from non-condensed polycyclic aromatic group wherein these aromatic rings are mutually coupled directly or by a coupling group, and R1 and R2 respectively show independently H or alkyl group or aryl group of C1 to 10. In the formula 2, V expresses either of N, CH or benzylidene. As for, s this is 0 to 5, and Z4 shows a direct bond or 0.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize combinedly excellent heat resistance, low dielectric properties, low refraction properties and low birefringence properties by synthesizing a polyimide from an aromatic diamine compound substituted by a trifluoromethyl-substituted phenoxy group. SOLUTION: An aromatic diamine compound represented by formula I (wherein (m) is 1-4; and (n) is 1-5) is obtained by reacting a trifluoromethylphenol compound with a dinitrohalobenzene compound and then reducing the dinitro compound thus-obtained. By polycondensing the compound of formula I and a tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride represented by formula IV (wherein Ar is a 6-50C tetravalent aromatic group selected from monocyclic or condensed polycyclic aromatic groups and non-condensed polycyclic aromatic groups formed by coupling the above-mentioned aromatic rings) in an organic solvent, a polyamic acid containing a repeating unit of formula II and having a weight average molecular weight of 1,000-1,000,000 is obtained. The polyamic acid is submitted to cyclodehydration so that it is imidized to obtain a polyimide containing a repeating unit of formula III.
