Abstract: 本发明公开了一种负泊松比材料的软包锂电池防振装置及其控制方法,其技术方案要点是:所述软包锂电池防振装置结构包括起保护作用的外箱体和起容纳绝缘作用的盒体;所述外箱体通过螺栓螺纹连接箱底和箱盖,箱盖开设有排线口;所述盒体共十六个,呈前后两排分布;所述盒体由轻质绝缘材料制成,内部喷涂一定厚度的耐火涂层;所述盒体与外箱体之间填充有负泊松比防振层;所述两排盒体之间设置有水冷风冷一体化散热装置防止热量堆积;本发明可有效减弱软包锂电池模组的振动,提高复杂路况下的锂电池运行稳定性,且结构紧凑,加工方便。
