Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a substrate processing apparatus, and more specifically, to a substrate processing apparatus capable of blocking the introduction of external air and external particles into a chamber by forming an air curtain at a loading/unloading part when the chamber is open. The substrate processing apparatus of the present disclosure includes a chamber in which a space is formed, and a fluid injection part configured to inject a fluid from an outer side of a substrate loading/unloading part of the chamber through which a substrate is loaded and unloaded.
Abstract:
A disclosed digital media device operational at user premises to receive media signals from a media source for presentation via endpoint devices such as a television display. The digital media device can include gateway and digital media management functionality and can be referred to as a gateway and digital media device. The device offers application services obtained over a wide area network and a user premises network. The digital media device may form a composite signal from the media signal and application service information, for example, for a composite audio and/or video signal for television type presentation to the user. The digital media device may receive a selection signal based on the presentation, for transmission to the application service provider device or to the media source. The media device also offers a GUI presenting a moveable arrangement of icons for selectively accessing application services.
Abstract:
Provided are a container-interior drying device and a container-interior drying method capable of shortening drying time and improving the efficiency in an entire filling line without causing container deformation, the device having a simple configuration and requiring little space for installation. The device includes a gas ejector nozzle (110) capable of being inserted into an interior of a container through an opening of the container, a suction mechanism (120) capable of facing the opening of the container, and a gas supply unit (130) configured to supply the gas ejector nozzle (110) with gas, wherein gas is ejected into the interior of the container from the gas ejector nozzle (110), and the suction mechanism (120) positioned so as to face the opening of the container sucks out gas through the opening of the container.
Abstract:
Apparatuses and methods are described for distributing gas which may be applicable in the field of polymer oxidation and melt curtain ozonation in particular. Ozone applicators and other features of ozonation apparatuses, which may be used separately or in combination, are also described.
Abstract:
Coating methods and related devices are provided. Such devices can include stents. For example, the device can comprise a sidewall and a plurality of pores in the sidewall that are sized to inhibit flow of blood through the sidewall into an aneurysm to a degree sufficient to lead to thrombosis and healing of the aneurysm when the tubular member is positioned in a blood vessel and adjacent to the aneurysm. The device can also comprise an anti-thrombogenic coating distributed over at least a portion of the device such that the pores are substantially free of webs formed by the coating.
Abstract:
A method of fabricating an elastomeric structure, comprising: forming a first elastomeric layer on top of a first micromachined mold, the first micromachined mold having a first raised protrusion which forms a first recess extending along a bottom surface of the first elastomeric layer; forming a second elastomeric layer on top of a second micromachined mold, the second micromachined mold having a second raised protrusion which forms a second recess extending along a bottom surface of the second elastomeric layer; bonding the bottom surface of the second elastomeric layer onto a top surface of the first elastomeric layer such that a control channel forms in the second recess between the first and second elastomeric layers; and positioning the first elastomeric layer on top of a planar substrate such that a flow channel forms in the first recess between the first elastomeric layer and the planar substrate.

Abstract:
A method of electrode hydrogenation for photoelectrochemical (PEC) water oxidation is provided that includes annealing a PEC electrode in air, and annealing the PEC electrode in hydrogen to form a hydrogenated-PEC electrode, where PEC performance is improved by enhancing charge transfer and transport in the hydrogenated-PEC electrode.
