Abstract: A flame-retardant polyester film and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The flame-retardant polyester film includes a physically recycled polyester resin and a chemically recycled polyester resin. The physically recycled polyester resin is formed by a plurality of physically recycled polyester chips. The chemically recycled polyester resin is formed by a plurality of chemically recycled polyester chips and mixed with the physically recycled polyester resin. The plurality of chemically recycled polyester chips further includes chemically recycled electrostatic pinning polyester chips. The chemically recycled electrostatic pinning polyester chips contain electrostatic pinning additives, and the electrostatic pinning additives are metal salts. Expressed in percent by weight based on a total weight of the polyester film, a content of the electrostatic pinning additives in the polyester film is between 0.005% and 0.1% by weight. The flame-retardant polyester film further includes a flame-retardant additive.

Abstract: A transparent static-dissipative polycarbonate (PC) resin composition includes the following components: 70-95 parts by weight of PC resin, 5-30 parts by weight of antistatic agent masterbatch and 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of a transesterification inhibitor. The antistatic agent masterbatch includes the following components by mass percentage: 40-60% of an antistatic agent, 0.5-1.6% of a transesterification accelerator, 1-3% of an assistant cross-linkinger, and the balance of PC resin. A method for preparing the transparent static-dissipative PC resin composition includes the following steps: (I) preparing the components of the transparent static-dissipative PC resin composition according to the formulation, and mixing the components evenly to obtain a premix; and (II) adding the premix into a twin-screw extruder, melting, extruding, cooling and pelletizing, to obtain a target product.

Abstract: An embodiment can provide a polyamide-imide film, which has particular punching properties, is colorless and transparent and has excellent mechanical properties and optical properties, and a method for preparing same. The polyamide-imide film comprises a polyamide-imide polymer, which is formed by means of polymerizing an aromatic diamine compound, an aromatic dianhydride compound and a dicarbonyl compound, and satisfies the condition of general formula (1) below. General formula (1) 4≤X/Y≤12 X: the maximum hole diameter (mm) comprising cracks when the film is punched at 10 mm/min using a 2.5 mm spherical tip by means of a UTM compression mode Y: the modulus (GPa) of the film.
