Abstract: A method and apparatus provide a base structure at least partially with a cured polymer coating having microscopic polymer structures. The method includes applying an uncured polymer material on at least a part of the base structure, the uncured polymer material being electrically charged with a charge that has a first sign; providing at least one electrode at a distance above at least a part of said uncured polymer material; charging the at least one electrode with an electrical charge that has a second sign opposite to the first sign, thereby electrostatically attracting uncured polymer material towards the at least one electrode and deforming the uncured polymer material into uncured structured polymer material comprising one or more uncured microscopic polymer structures that have a shape; and curing the one or more uncured microscopic polymer structures, thereby forming the cured polymer coating.

Abstract: A fluidized-bed coating method includes: immersing at least part of a workpiece in a powder coating material contained in a fluidized-bed vessel while air is introduced from a bottom of the fluidized-bed vessel at an average air flow rate of 5 mm/min or higher and 20 mm/min or lower per unit area of the bottom so that a floating ratio of the powder coating material is 5% or higher and 20% or lower, the workpiece having a temperature higher than or equal to a softening temperature of the powder coating material and lower than or equal to a melting temperature of the powder coating material; taking the workpiece out of the powder coating material; and heating the powder coating material attached to the workpiece.

Abstract: A fabrication method of a dye polarizer and a display panel are provided. The fabrication method includes: dissolving a dye mixture and a reactive monomer in a solvent to form a polarization film solution, in which the dye mixture is formed by mixing multiple dichroic dyes and the dye mixture functions to absorb visible light of all wave band; coating the polarization film solution one a base, followed by alignment, to allow the reactive monomer to cure on the base; and repeating the step of forming the dye polarization film for n times to form a dye polarizer including n+1 stacked layers of the dye polarization, where n is a nature number greater than or equal to 2. The display panel includes the dye polarizer that is formed with the fabrication method described above.

Abstract: A makeup blending sponge. The sponge comprises a foam core and a layer of coating. The layer of coating covers a portion of an outer surface of the foam core. The portion may be about 70% to about 90% of the total surface area of the outer surface of the foam core. The foam core may be polyurethane. The layer of coating is an elastomer, and may be a mixture of an elastomer and a thinning agent. The elastomer may be silicone. A method of manufacturing the makeup blending sponge and the use thereof are also disclosed.
