Abstract: A yeast strain and a method for the synthesis of 2,5-dihydroxymethylfuran using this strain are disclosed. The yeast strain is Meyerozyma guilliermondii SC 1103, which has been maintained in the China Center for Type Culture Collection (CCTCC, Wuhan, P.R. China) with an access No. of M2016144. The method for the synthesis of 2,5-dihydroxymethylfuran using this strain is described as follows: after pre-cultivation and cultivation, Meyerozyma guilliermondii SC 1103 cells are added into the buffer solutions containing 5-hydroxymethylfurfural and glucose; the biocatalytic reaction is conducted under designated conditions, thus affording 2,5-dihydroxymethylfuran. This disclosure has many advantages such as good selectivity, mild reaction conditions, environmental friendliness, high efficiency, and good yield.

Abstract: The invention discloses a durable super-hydrophobic fabric and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: soaking a fabric into a mixed solution of tetraethoxysilane and hydroxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane; taking out the fabric and then placing it into a closed container filled with a hydrochloric acid solution and above the liquid level of the hydrochloric acid solution; reacting for 0.5-2 h under the temperature of 30-60 DEG C. to give the durable super-hydrophobic fabric. The fabric prepared according to the invention has a water drop surface static contact angle of more than 150° such that the water drop is easy to roll on the surface of the fabric, and has excellent chemical stability and mechanical durability. In addition, the preparation process is simple and pollution-free.

Abstract: A novel sweat absorbing textile electrode comprises a textile electrode body and an electrical coupling member, the textile electrode body comprising a conductive foam and a conductive fabric wrapped around the conductive foam, the electrical coupling member being fixed on the conductive fabric; wherein a through hole is provided on the conductive fabric on the side in contact with the human skin. The textile electrode has a light weight, small size and soft texture. It fits on the skin, has good air permeability, and is capable to absorb sweat, which can prevent short circuit between electrodes caused by sweat and be used for collecting bioelectrical signal when sweat comes out from human body. It may also be applied in bioelectrical signal monitoring in high temperature, high humidity environment, and during daily exercise.

Abstract: A low-platinum catalyst based on nitride nanoparticles and a preparation method thereof. A component of an active metal of the catalyst directly clades on a surface of nitride particles or a surface of nitride particles loaded on a carbon support in an ultrathin atomic layer form. Preparation steps including: preparing a transition-metal ammonia complex first, nitriding the obtained ammonia complex solid under an atmosphere of ammonia gas to obtain nitride nanoparticles; loading the nitride nanoparticles on a surface of a working electrode, depositing an active component on a surface of the nitride nanoparticles by pulsed deposition, to obtain the low platinum loading catalyst using a nitride as a substrate. The catalyst may be used as an anode or a cathode catalyst of a low temperature fuel cell.

Abstract: The present invention provides a three-dimensional structured plant-fiber carbon material for use as an anode material for a sodium-ion battery and a lithium-ion battery, and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the three-dimensional structured plant-fiber carbon material comprises: soaking the plant fiber into a pore forming agent, a nitrate solution, wetting the fiber at a constant temperature, after drying, calcining and grinding the fiber at a protective atmosphere, washing the resulted material with hydrochloric acid and deionized water and drying the material. The three-dimensional structured plant-fiber carbon material has a three-dimensional porous thin sheet-like and long tunnel structure, wherein the thin sheet has a thickness of 5 to 30 nm. The three-dimensional structured plant-fiber carbon material constructs an excellent conductive network, which, in combination with the porous and long tunnel structure, facilitates rapid diffusion of ions of the electrode material, and improves utilization rate of the material.

Abstract: Provided is an automatic secondary degassing fixed-length mechanism for an ultrathin heat pipe. The automatic secondary degassing fixed-length mechanism comprises an automatic lifting device A installed on a length adjustment sliding table, an automatic clamping device B, a length positioning and extension device C and a PLC. The present invention, having the advantages of simple structure, high efficiency and stability, is suitable for the secondary degassing fixed-length processing of heat pipes of different lengths, and particularly suitable for processing ultrathin heat pipes made of a thin-walled heat pipe by a flattening process, having advanced structural design and stable and high-efficiency production. In this mechanism, size positioning and automatic clamping in the secondary degassing fixed-length process for the heat pipes are correspondingly achieved through the automatic lifting device A and the automatic clamping device B. Downward component force applied to the thin-walled heat pipes in the die-opening-sealing process is released through the length positioning and extension device C, so that deformation of bending or partial sinking of pipe bodies of the thin-walled heat pipes in the secondary degassing fixed-length process is avoided. In this way, the qualification rate of the products and the economic benefit of the enterprise are greatly improved, and the problems with the existing secondary degassing fixed-length processing of the ultrathin heat pipe are solved.

Abstract: Disclosed are a device and a method for pressure-molding an anti-overheating CSP fluorescent membrane. The device comprises a frame, a mould pressing device, a force measuring device, a control device and a feeding device; and the mould pressing device comprises an upper pressing mould, an upper clamp, a lower pressing mould, a guide post, an elastic supporting structure, and a lower clamp. As the stage of pressing the elastic supporting structure is added to the course of pressure molding, a mould clamping force of the pressure molding increases in a relatively steady way, and a force impact of a mould clamping device is reduced, thereby easily determining an initial point for maintain temperature of the pressure molding. The present invention effectively prevents overheating caused by long-term and large-area contact between the lower clamp and the heating lower pressing mould, and avoids the process defect of premature melting of the fluorescent membrane due to overheating, thereby greatly improving the product consistency and yield rate of the CSP-package fluorescent membrane in the pressure molding process.

Abstract: The present invention, belonging to the field of daily skin care products, discloses a tea massage oil, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The tea massage oil is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-87 parts of ethyl-esterified tea oil, 5-15 parts of oregano oil, 2-12 parts of melaleuca alternifolia oil, 2-10 parts of pumpkin seed oil, 2-10 parts of prickly pear seed oil, 1-10 parts of passion fruit seed oil, and 1-5 parts of nano germanium oxide. The method comprises: evenly mixing the ethyl-esterified tea oil, the oregano oil, the melaleuca alternifolia oil, the pumpkin seed oil, the prickly pear seed oil, the passion fruit seed oil, and the nano germanium oxide, so as to obtain the tea massage oil. The tea massage oil can eliminate fatigue, achieve a men's health-care function, remove scars, and achieve a far-infrared skin activating function.
