A gyroscope sensor includes a gyro disk. A first light source is configured to provide a first light beam. A first light receiver is configured to receive the first light beam for sensing a vibration at a first direction of the gyro disk. A second light source is configured to provide a second light beam substantially parallel with the first light beam. A second light receiver is configured to receive the second light beam for sensing a vibration in a second direction of the gyro disk. The second direction is different from the first direction.

The present invention relates to an emergency generator power system with reserved fire protection power used for fire protection systems and other emergencies at the time of stop of supplying of normal power and comprising a generator engine and a generator body, a main power circuit breaker, a control panel, and a circuit breaker for fire protection systems and a circuit breaker for other emergencies branched therefrom respectively.The present invention is characterized in that, when a fire and an interruption of power occur in buildings or facilities in which the emergency generator power system is to be installed, power load other than power load for fire protection systems is primarily interrupted, thereby emergency power is safely supplied to the power load for fire protection systems.The construction for achieving the object of the present invention is characterized in that the emergency generator power system comprises a measuring instrument adapted to measure the state of increase of a power load on a main power line passing via main power circuit breaker; and a control instrument connected to the measuring instrument at an input side thereof and connected to the circuit breaker for other emergencies at an output side thereof, such that when the value of the variations of the power load inputted from the measuring instrument reaches a predetermined set value, the circuit breaker for other emergencies is primarily broken, thereby keeping the main power circuit breaker from being broken before the breaking of the circuit breaker for other emergencies.

When a native oxide grows on a polysilicon member of, e.g., a MEMS device, delamination between the polysilicon member and subsequently formed layers may occur because the native oxide is undercut during removal of sacrificial oxide layers. Nitriding the native oxide increases the etch selectivity relative the sacrificial oxide layers. Undercutting and delamination is hence reduced or eliminated altogether.

A method and an apparatus for vehicle driving guide with lamps are applied to a target road. The apparatus has a traffic condition detection module, multiple indication lamps and a signal control module. The traffic condition detection module obtains a traffic condition. The indication lamps are mounted separately on the target road. The signal control module is electrically connected to the traffic condition detection module and the indication lamps and operates the indication lamps according to a control process based on different traffic conditions. The control process may be in a chase mode that sequentially pulses the indication lamps on with a regulated moving direction of the target road with a pulse interval between turning the indication lamps on to present an impression that the lights are moving at an indicator speed. The impression allows drivers in vehicles on the target road to follow to drive.
