The topcoat compositions include a solvent system that comprises 1) a first organic solvent represented by formula (I), wherein R1 and R2 are alkyl groups of 3-8 carbons and the total number of carbons of R1 and R2 is greater than 6; and 2) a second organic solvent that is a C4 to C10 monovalent alcohol.

A conductive polymer-metal complex becomes to be adhered simply and strongly on the surface of a substrate such as PTFE. By subjecting a solution containing a monomer which provides a conductive polymer, an anion, and a metal ions such as Ag+, Cu2+, Cu+ and the like to an irradiation with light having an energy required for exciting an electron to an energy level capable of reducing the metal ion, such as ultraviolet light, under an appropriated condition, thereby precipitating the conductive polymer-metal complex as being dispersed in the reaction liquid. By supplying this dispersion liquid onto various substrates, the complex microparticles in the dispersion liquid enter into and mate with the narrow holes on the surface of the substrate. As a result, the complex precipitate formed on the surface of the substrate and the substrate can be adhered strongly to each other.

It is possible to obtain a visible light-responsive photocatalytic nanoparticle dispersion liquid containing copper-containing titanium oxide nanoparticles by subjecting an aqueous peroxotitanic acid solution containing a copper compound to hydrothermal reaction for crystallizing the aqueous solution by means of heat under high pressure. The visible light-responsive photocatalytic nanoparticle dispersion liquid thus obtained exhibits excellent dispersion stability of titanium oxide nanoparticles within a water-based dispersion medium even when left in a cold and dark indoor area for a long period of time, expresses photocatalytic activity even in visible light (400 to 800 nm) alone, and can easily create a photocatalytic thin film which is extremely transparent and exhibits excellent durability, and in which the state of copper coordination when exposed to heat or ultraviolet rays is stable and cannot be easily modified.

[Problem] Provided are a high filler-loaded high thermal conductive material which sufficiently utilizes features of an organic polymer while ameliorating drawbacks, enables integrated molding with ceramics, metals, semiconductor elements and the like, and has a low coefficient of thermal expansion and a high thermal conductivity; and a method for producing the high filler-loaded high thermal conductive material, a composition, coating liquid and a molded article.[Solution] Disclosed is a high filler-loaded high thermal conductive material formed by subjecting a composition which includes organic polymer particles and a thermally conductive filler having a graphite-like structure, and includes 5 to 60% by weight of the organic polymer particles and 40 to 95% by weight of the thermally conductive filler having a graphite-like structure relative to 100% by weight of the total amount of these components, is obtained, so that the thermally conductive filler is dispersed by delamination while maintaining the average planar particle size of the thermally conductive filler, and is capable of forming a thermally conductive infinite cluster; to press molding at a temperature higher than equal to the deflection temperature under load, melting point or glass transition temperature of the organic polymer and a pressure of 1 to 1000 kgf/cm2; and to cooling and solidification.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a luster coating composition which can form a pearl color coating when used on automobile bodies, characterized in that bluish interference is insignificant in a highlight of the coating film, a yellowish transparent color is weak in a shade of the coating film and the white color development of the white base coating film is visible in every direction. The present invention provides a luster coating composition comprising an interference luster pigment and a titanium dioxide pigment, wherein a volume average particle size D90 of the titanium dioxide pigment is within a range of 700 to 1200 nm, and a volume average particle size D50 of the titanium dioxide pigment is within a range of 250 to 900 nm, and a mass ratio of the interference luster pigment and the titanium dioxide pigment is within a range of 10/1 to 5/1 represented in the mass ratio “the interference luster pigment/the titanium dioxide pigment”. The present invention further provides a multi layered coating film obtained by a method for producing a multi layered coating film in which the luster coating composition is used, and a multi layered coating film formed thereby.

The present invention relates to a shaped and coated metallic material which has excellent adhesion to a molded article of a thermoplastic resin composition and can be produced in a simple manner. The shaped and coated metallic material comprises a shaped metallic material and a coating film formed on the surface of the shaped metallic material. The coating film comprises a polyurethane resin containing a polycarbonate unit. The ratio of the mass of the polycarbonate unit relative to the total mass of resins in the coating film is 15 to 80 mass %. The thickness of the coating film is 0.5 μm or more.

The present invention provides a heat dissipating coating composition in a liquid or paste form for application to a heat generating article, comprising an infrared absorbing binder resin (A), infrared absorbing inorganic particles (B), and an organic solvent, having such proportions of the component (A) and the component (B) that the component (A) is 10 to 70 vol % and the component (B) is 90 to 30 vol % based on the total of both components being 100 vol %, and satisfying conditions 1, 2, and 3 specified herein, and also provides a heat dissipating coating film obtained by applying the heat dissipating coating composition to a heat dissipating article and then thermally curing the composition.
