Abstract: To provide a system comprising: an unmanned aerial vehicle; and a free space location database, wherein the unmanned aerial vehicle has: a camera that is capable of 360°-image capturing on a horizontal plane; a positioning apparatus that measures a location of the unmanned aerial vehicle; a direction measuring apparatus that measures a direction of the unmanned aerial vehicle; an altitude measuring apparatus that measures an altitude of the unmanned aerial vehicle; and an information transmitting unit that transmits, to the free space location database, camera image data captured by the camera at every predetermined altitude, and the location, direction and altitude of the unmanned aerial vehicle at time of image capturing by the camera, and based on the camera image data, and the location, direction and altitude of the unmanned aerial vehicle, the free space location database corrects 3D data including terrain information to generate free space location data.

Abstract: A base station apparatus capable of ensuring a sufficiently large coverage of a small cell while reducing a power of downlink signals from a small-cell base station so as to be equal to or smaller than an allowable maximum power is provided. The base station apparatus of the small-cell base station comprises measurement means of measuring an interference level from a macro cell located in a periphery of the own base station and transmission-power control means of controlling a downlink transmission power based on a measurement result of the interference level from the macro cell. The transmission-power control means controls to enhance the transmission power of a downlink specific reference signal (CRS) among the downlink transmission signals of the own base station and to lower the transmission power of signals except for the downlink specific reference signal under a condition that the downlink transmission power is equal to or smaller than an allowable maximum power, when the interference level is higher than a predetermined level.

Abstract: A mobile communication system 1 for relaying packet communication between a macro cell base station 10 and a mobile unit 30 includes a femto cell base station 20 in which first radio communication is executed with the macro cell base station and second radio communication is executed with the mobile unit, wherein at least one of first frequency used for the first radio communication and second frequency used for the second radio communication is automatically selected so as to make the first frequency and the second frequency different from each other. It is possible to realize a mobile communication system capable of: preventing interference between a backhaul frequency and an access frequency when activating the mobile unit; preventing interference with the access frequency also when changing backhaul after establishing a connection or when receiving an instruction to change the access frequency; and preventing a loop phenomenon to select the access frequency, which is transmitted by the mobile unit itself, as the backhaul.
