Abstract: An online entertainment system for facilitating interaction between a model hosting an online streaming video session and at least one viewer. The model operates an operable adult toy with which the at least one viewer can interact, either directly or indirectly, during the online streaming video session. The system provides the viewer with an interface with which the viewer can engage to participate in a game of chance. A result of the game of chance is used to obtain predetermined feedback parameters, actual feedback obtained from the adult toy during manipulation thereof by the model is compared against the predetermined feedback parameters, and control is performed based on a result of the comparison.

Abstract: Systems and devices described herein provide respiration assistance to users who have difficulty breathing on their own, and include a cuirass configured to be coupled to a thorax of the user and a ventilator fluidically coupled to the cuirass. The ventilator includes a housing, a pump including an inlet and outlet, a valve, an actuator, and a controller in communication with the actuator. The controller is configured to cause the actuator to: move the valve into a first configuration in which a first flow path of the valve fluidically couples the outlet to the cuirass and a second flow path of the valve fluidically couples the inlet to an external environment during exhalation and move the valve into a second configuration in which the first flow path fluidically couples the inlet to the cuirass and the second flow path fluidically couples the outlet to the internal volume during inhalation.

A computing system can include a processor, a machine-learned image segmentation model comprising a semantic segmentation neural network and an edge refinement neural network, and at least one tangible, non-transitory computer readable medium that stores instructions that cause the processor to perform operations. The operations can include obtaining an image, inputting the image into the semantic segmentation neural network, receiving, as an output of the semantic segmentation neural network, a semantic segmentation mask, inputting at least a portion of the image and at least a portion of the semantic segmentation mask into the edge refinement neural network, and receiving, as an output of the edge refinement neural network, the refined semantic segmentation mask.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an assisted rehabilitation system comprising a device with static-bicycle movement, and devices that automatically sense and manipulate body performance parameters, allowing the rehabilitation response process of a user to be optimised. In particular, the sensing devices measure the pedalling rate, the pedalling resistance and the user's pulse rate, allowing the optimum exercising range to be configured, depending on the data acquired from the patient and on the level of effort required from him or her. The system also comprises two motors. One motor drives a flywheel that allows the user to experience a variation in the pedalling rate while using the device. A second motor provides different levels of pedalling resistance, allowing muscular strength to be developed. When starting the activity, the user enters, on a touchscreen, the preliminary parameters for the desired pedalling rate and resistance level, which are analysed by a processing unit that calculates a suitable rehabilitation plan.
