An image forming apparatus includes an image memory, an image receiving unit, an image determination unit, an image search unit, an image forming unit, and an image converter. The image memory stores replacement image data. The image receiving unit receives image data from the outside. The image determination unit determines whether the received-image data includes to-be-replaced image data. The image search unit searches, in a case where it is determined that the received-image data includes the to-be-replaced image data, the image memory for replacement image data corresponding to the to-be-replaced image data. The image forming unit forms an image. The image converter converts, in a case where the corresponding replacement image data is detected, the received-image data into to-be-output image data in which the to-be-replaced image data is replaced with the corresponding replacement image data, and causes an image based on the to-be-output image data to be formed.

A trail camera memory card viewer is provided. The trail camera memory card viewer has a user interface for reproducing digital images from a coupled trail camera memory card, wherein the user interface provides a nine-inch screen and a plurality of haptic setting and image-manipulating buttons for studying and editing the trail camera pictures and videos. The trail camera memory card viewer has no Internet connectivity, drastically shortening the time to view and examine pictures and videos from a user's trail camera.

A content-aware digital media storage device includes a host device interface for exchanging digital information with a host device, a memory array for storing digital information received from the host device via the host interface, a peripheral module configured to communicate the digital information stored in the memory array to a receiver located remote from the digital media storage device, and a controller communicatively coupled to the host device interface, the memory array and the peripheral module configured to interpret directory information associated with the digital information stored in the memory array so as to selectively access said digital information and communicate such accessed digital information to the peripheral module for transmission to the remote receiver. Digital images stored in the memory array may be transmitted to a remote host via a wireless network access point with which the peripheral module of the storage device is associated.

Systems and methods for determining a centerline of a tubular structure from volumetric data of vessels where a contrast agent was injected into the blood stream to enhance the imagery for centerlining. Given a 3D array of scalar values and a first and second point, the system and methods iteratively find a path from the start position to the end position that lies in the center of a tubular structure. A user interface may be provided to visually present and manipulate a centerline of the tubular structure and the tubular structure itself.

There is provided a communication control apparatus comprising connection means for connecting a storage medium that has a memory function for reading and writing data, and a wireless communication function for communicating with an external apparatus. Control means supplies a clock to the storage medium at a predetermined timing and controls the wireless communication function of the storage medium. Obtaining means obtains, after the storage medium is supplied with the clock by the control means, communication protocol information on a communication protocol with which the wireless communication function is compatible from the storage medium. Display means performs display according to the communication protocol information obtained by the obtaining means. The control means stops supplying the clock to the storage medium after the communication protocol information has been obtained by the obtaining means.

Controller substitutes a temporal anniversary picture for the regular calendar picture for a term and gets back regular picture upon expiration of the term.
