Abstract:
A scratch resistant matte thermal laminating film and a method for preparing the same are provided. The scratch resistant matte thermal laminating film includes scratch resistant matte substrate, an intermediate layer and a hot melt adhesive layer. The intermediate layer is formed between the scratch resistant matte substrate and the hot melt adhesive layer, and the scratch resistant matte substrate is composed by a polymer film layer and a scratch resistant matte coating layer, in which the scratch resistant matte coating layer is formed on a lower surface of the polymer film layer.
Abstract:
The present invention provides an adhesive film for underfill that is capable of increasing a glass transition temperature without losing flexibility. The present invention relates to an adhesive film for underfill containing resin components containing an epoxy resin having a number average molecular weight of 600 or less, a phenol resin having a number average molecular weight exceeding 500, and an elastomer in which a content of the epoxy resin in the resin components is 5 to 50% by weight, and the content of the phenol resin in the resin components is 5 to 50% by weight.
Abstract:
It has been discovered that amorphous polybutene copolymers that have a softening point of from about 70 to about 105° C. and viscosity of less than about 1,900 cP at 190° C. possesses desirable properties and may be used to make a low application temperature hot melt adhesive for disposable absorbent articles.
Abstract:
A novel material, forming supramolecular structures below its transition temperature, which contains at least one C═O and/or C═S group and at least one N—H, O—H and/or S—H group and wherein the material has the structure A(-X—B)n (1) wherein A, X, B and n are defined. Also a process for preparation of the material and uses thereof.
Abstract:
The aim of the invention is to effectively protect a flat adhesive compound from permeates originating from the surroundings as well as from permeates trapped during lamination, winding, stacking or other processing steps. For this purpose, the adhesive tape comprises at least the following layers in the indicated order: a first outer adhesive compound layer A, a layer B, which contains at least one inorganic getter material, and a second outer adhesive compound layer C. The invention also relates to the use of said adhesive tape as an encapsulation material.
Abstract:
A hot melt adhesive material and articles made using the hot melt adhesive to assemble structures in an article. The adhesive material typically is manufactured by blending amorphous polymer with a compatible amorphous polymer.
Abstract:
Disposable absorbent articles assembled from a collection of components using an adhesive consisting essentially of an amorphous polyolefin composition comprising more than 40% 1-butene and a second amorphous polymer comprising at least one butane monomer, the polymer having a molecular weight (MWn) of at least 1000, wherein the polymer is compatible with the polyolefin.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a hot melt adhesive which is excellent in high-speed coating and spiral coating at low temperature, and is also excellent in adhesion to a polyolefin film and a nonwoven fabric; and provides disposable products obtainable by using the hot melt adhesive. Disclosed is a hot melt adhesive including: (A) a thermoplastic block copolymer which is a copolymer of a vinyl-based aromatic hydrocarbon with a conjugated diene compound; (B) a propylene homopolymer having a melting point of 100° C. or lower which is obtainable by polymerizing propylene using a metallocene catalyst; and (C) an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer. The hot melt adhesive is excellent in high-speed coating and spiral coating at low temperature, and is also excellent in adhesion to a polyolefin film and a nonwoven fabric.
