Abstract:
Sex toy comprising a hollow container (1), a first inner element (2), a second inner element (3), some protrusions (4), a long pitch screw (5), means for moving the long pitch screw (5) and two lubricant systems with substances acting at body temperature; the container (1) being cylindrical in shape with an open end; the first inner element (2) being a flexible sheath; the second inner element (3) being located between the first inner element (2) and the walls of the container (1); the free extremities of the second inner element (3) touching and sliding on the first inner element (2) imitating the action of the mouth; the protrusions (4) extending inwards from the wall of the container (1); the means for moving the long pitch screw (5) allowing the movement of the first and second inner element (2, 3) in respect to the container (1).
Abstract:
A thermally regulated penile prosthetic system includes a prosthetic capsule extending longitudinally from a base to define a shaft region terminating at a tip region. The prosthetic capsule includes an inner capsule portion nested within an outer capsule portion and a fluid cushion captured therebetween. The inner capsule portion defines an inner bore extending from the base region longitudinally through the shaft region, the inner capsule portion being supported with respect to the outer capsule portion at the tip region by a stabilizing member. A heating source is coupled to transfer heat to the prosthetic capsule; and, an outer skin layer extends substantially about at least a portion of the shaft region of the prosthetic capsule. The outer skin layer is configured to emulate penile shaft skin.
Abstract:
A method for maintaining and/or increasing body temperature of a patient may involve delivering heat to a first location on a limb of the patient, delivering heat to a second location on the limb, apart from the first location, and applying intermittent compression to a third location on the limb, located between the first location and the second location. A device for maintaining and/or increasing body temperature of a patient may include a sleeve for positioning over at least part of one of the patient's limbs, first and second heat delivery members coupled with the sleeve, and an intermittent compression member coupled with the sleeve between the first and second heat delivery members.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a support for a body part including a compression device in combination with a lower leg protection system. The compression device can be integral with the outer support at a position received over the lower leg. One or more valves can extend from a compression bladder for attachment to a pneumatic device. Inflation of the compression bladder positioner adjacent the lower leg also displaces air in the outer support toward the foot which causes simultaneous massaging of the foot. The pneumatic device can be adjusted to provide either sequential or intermittent therapies.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to treatment and prevention devices and regimens for tendon injury and damage. The invention further provides compositions comprising therapeutic agents and the use of such compositions in methods of treating disorders, injuries and conditions beneficially treated by these agents, particularly those relating to the management of tendon damage.
Abstract:
A massager (12) includes an inductively chargeable battery (48), avoiding the need to deal with batteries and cords while providing a pleasant exothermic warmth. Different embodiments of sealing and skinning (13) make the massager (12) hygienically safe and fluid- and water-resistant. Sophisticated controls (50) provide the massager with the ability to respond to direct-mounted user controls (20, 22), wireless communication controls such as remote controls (30) and a plethora of other protocol-compatible devices, systems and media. A mating base (14) supports the massager (12) for inductive charging in a stable, aesthetically pleasant and safe relationship.

Abstract:
A cushion for a patient interface includes two or more bladders arranged in concentric relation. Each of the bladders includes a face-contacting portion adapted to engage the patient's face, and each of the bladders is adapted to be pressurized independently from one another. At least one of the bladders is an active bladder that is pressurized to at least a sealing pressure to form a continuous seal with the patient's face in use.
Abstract:
Methods and devices for ablating portions of a tissue volume with electromagnetic radiation (EMR) to produce lattices of EMR-treated ablation islets in the tissue are disclosed, including lattices of micro-holes, micro-grooves, and other structures. Also, methods and devices for using the ablated islets are disclosed, including to deliver chromophores, filler, drugs and other substances to the tissue volume.
