Abstract: A vagina contraction ball includes a handle. A base is disposed at first end of the handle. A bottom end in the base is disposed with a circuit board. A motor is disposed inside the base above the circuit board. The end of the motor, away from the handle, is provided with a reduction gear box. The end of the reduction gear box away from the motor is provided with a front bearing base. Equidistant positioning shafts are disposed on an outer surface of the side of the front bearing base away from the reduction gear box. Outer surfaces of the positioning shafts are all sleeved with balls. The ends of the balls, away from the front bearing base, are provided with a front cover.

Abstract: An adaptive assistive and/or rehabilitative device may be configurable for use with another assistive device, such as a wearable assistive device. When the wearable assistive device is a robotic device such as an exoskeleton, the adaptive assistive and/or rehabilitative device may be transformed into a first configuration for charging or storing the exoskeleton, a second configuration for transport of the exoskeleton, a third configuration for assistance in donning of the exoskeleton by a user, and a fourth configuration for assisting the user while standing or walking with the exoskeleton.

Baseline measurements of the patient's gait are made with the device, and a torque profile for providing assistance to the patient is selected based on the particular patient's baseline. Throughout rehabilitation, a gait quality metric is monitored and adjustments are made to the torque profile accordingly.

Abstract: A mobile, modular and adjustable system for rehabilitation and/or mobility. The system comprises an outer frame and wheels. A pelvis support can be used for distributing weight of the user to the frame. A lower body attachment is movably attached to the outer frame. At least one motorized unit may also be provided, which comprises at least one actuator to assist movement of the user's hip and/or leg through the lower body attachment. A local and/or cloud-based artificial intelligence system can be used for controlling the function of the mobile system.

Abstract: A device for the therapeutic treatment and/or training of the lower extremities of a human having driven and controlled movement devices which are connected to a stationary frame and comprise holding members for fastening of one extremity. The holding members can be moved independently of one another along walking trajectories, wherein the movement devices each comprise a pivot arm pivotable into different elevations, the pivot arm being rotatably connected to one single sled on a linear track. A first rotational drive is attached to a single sled and is connected to the pivot arm for changing the elevation of the respective holding member. The pivot arm comprises a second rotational drive for changing the inclination of the respective holding member and the sled is connected to a linear drive for changing the longitudinal position of the respective holding member.

Abstract: A robotic walker and associated method are provided. The robotic walker includes a housing containing a control unit operatively connected to a drive unit. The drive unit is operatively connected to a pair of motorized drive wheels. The robotic walker includes first and second winches, each winch having a strap that can be retracted by its respective winch, each winch is operatively connected to the drive unit, each strap having an end adapted to be removably connected to a pair of leg braces worn by a user. The first and second winches may retract a portion of each respective strap to move the legs of the user forward. A first control button is operatively connected to the control unit. The control unit is configured to operate the robotic walker in at least one control mode and the first control button being operable to start the at least one control mode.

Abstract: A wearable apparatus comprises a passive artificial knee that comprises first and second links coupled at a knee joint, a passive compressive force generator coupled to the second link, and a release mechanism coupled to the first link. When an angle of the first and second links is less than a toggle angle, the release mechanism locks in a first operational mode, and the force generator compresses, resisting flexing of the second link. When the angle is larger than the toggle angle, the force generator decompresses and encourages flexion of said second link. When the force generator is extended and said compressive force is small, the release mechanism moves into a second operational mode, wherein the force generator neither resists nor encourages extension and flexion of said second link from said first link. The wearable apparatus comprises an exoskeleton trunk configured to couple to an upper body of a user.

Abstract: A device for the therapeutic treatment and/or training of the lower extremities of a human has independent driven and controlled movement devices which are connected to a stationary frame. Each of the movement devices include foot plates that are moved independently of one another along walking trajectories. Each movement device has a pivot arm pivotable into different elevations where the pivot arm is rotatably connected to a single sled on a linear track. A first rotational drive is attached to the sled and is connected to the pivot arm for changing the elevation of the respective holding member. A second rotational drive changes the inclination of the foot plate and the sled is connected to a linear drive for changing the longitudinal position of the foot plate.
