Abstract: A track generation device includes a storage unit and a track generation unit. The storage unit stores, for each of a plurality of basic pattern tracks, a plurality of parameters of a physical model that represents a physical behavior from discharge of a fluid to application of the fluid. Each of the plurality of basic pattern tracks includes at least a curved track. The physical model is learned based on an actual track of a fluid discharge unit and an actual application track of the fluid when the fluid discharge unit discharges the fluid while moving in such a manner that an application track of the fluid becomes each of the plurality of basic pattern tracks. The track generation unit generates a track of the fluid discharge unit corresponding to a target application track using the physical model.

Abstract: An automatic fluid replacement device is adapted to be mounted on an opening of a storage barrel. The automatic fluid replacement device includes a robotic arm, at least one fluid convey joint and a controller. The robotic arm has a gripper. The fluid convey joint includes a convey pipe, a sleeve and a sealing bag. The convey pipe is configured to deliver a fluid. The sleeve is sleeved on the convey pipe. The gripper clamps the sleeve. The sealing bag is sleeved on the sleeve. The controller is configured for automatically controlling the robotic arm to move the fluid convey joint into the opening and controlling the sealing bag to be inflated to seal the opening.

Abstract: An electrode slurry lot information tracking management system for managing lot information of electrode slurry when the electrode slurry is transferred from a mixer to a coater. The system includes a plurality of tanks connected between the mixer and the coater through a pipe. The pipe is configured to transfer the electrode slurry supplied from the mixer to the coater. The system further includes a controller. The controller identifies the lot information of the electrode slurry. The controller allocates and records the lot information of the electrode slurry supplied to each of the plurality of tanks. The controller determines electrode slurry lot information of a final supply tank that supplies the electrode slurry to the coater based on a history of the lot information recorded for each of the plurality of tanks.

Abstract: Systems and methods for enhanced hot melt liquid dispensing system management are disclosed. In an example method for determining an operating instruction for a hot melt liquid dispensing system having an applicator and a heater, the operating instruction is determined based on a filtered applicator parameter value associated with gun cycle counts of the applicator and a filtered heater parameter value associated with duty cycle values of the heater. The filtered applicator parameter value is determined based on historic applicator parameter values that are updated according to a current applicator parameter value. The filtered heater parameter value is determined based on historic heater parameter values that are updated according to a current heater parameter value.
