Abstract:
A cold confectionery and a method of preparing the same are provided. A mixture is foamed to have an overrun in the range of 150% to 500%, and frozen to a temperature of not higher than −10° C. The cold confectionery provides desirable extra-light and crisp-rich feelings in mouth with a light-snow-like softness as well as a desirable smooth spoonability. The final product also exhibits an apparent bulk-up upon sterilization with spoon.
Abstract:
A reflected ultraviolet light measuring device, a measuring method for measuring ultraviolet light reflection intensity by using the reflected ultraviolet light measuring device, and a valuation method for evaluating ultraviolet light absorbability of an object by using measuring results by the method, said device comprising an irradiating unit comprising a at least one light emitting diode for irradiating ultraviolet light on an object, and a light receiving unit for receiving a reflected light from the object, wherein the light receiving unit is arranged at an angle in which a regular reflected light from the object does not enter.
Abstract:
The following procedures are included: a procedure (1) for measuring a metallic paint color by a multi-angle spectrophotometer and storing the multi-angle colorimetric value Lab* of the paint color, a color classification code to which the paint color belongs, and a computer graphic image in a memory of a computer and a procedure (2) for calling a metallic paint color to be retrieved (this is referred to as the metallic paint color concerned) from the memory by using a paint color name as a keyword. Moreover, in the case of a new color not stored in the memory, the color is measured by a multi-angle spectrophotometer and stored in the memory in accordance with the procedure (1). A screening function (3) is included which previously narrows down paint colors whose approximate colors will be computed by using color classification codes when computing an approximate color of the metallic color concerned.
Abstract:
Metallic paint colors are classified and arranged by determining the representative color of any metallic paint color; calculating the hue-tone value of said representative color; generating coating color computer graphics indicating optical properties of said metallic paint color in a prescribed range of angles of observation; and preparing a coating color map by arranging said coating color computer graphics over the hue-tone value of said representative color in a hue-tone chart on the monitor screen of a computer system.
Abstract:
When one shielded connector is engaged with the other shielded connector, a conductive connector housing of the one connector is electrically connected to a conductive connector housing of the other connector to establish shield connection. Either one of the connectors has a conductive rotating lever, while the other connector has an engaging portion for engaging with the rotating lever to connect the shielded connectors by rotation of the rotating lever. A conductive resilient abutting member, which abuts on the rotating lever and/or the other connector housing to be resiliently deformed when the connectors are connected with each other by rotation of the rotating lever, is provided on the rotating lever and/or the other connector housing.
Abstract:
In a monolithic LC filter, bent portions of external electrodes are formed by applying and firing a conductive paste in the areas of first to eighth bent segments that are formed by pattern printing, photolithography, or a thin-film forming method. The third, fourth, seventh, and eighth bent segments, which are used to form ground external electrodes, cover openings disposed between extensions of shield electrodes in the composite of the monolithic LC filter.
Abstract:
A conductor crimping part is crimped onto a terminal metal fitting onto a conductor exposed at a terminal part of an electric wire. A crimped part of the conductor is intimately contacted with a rubber cap seal in such a way as not to be exposed to the outside. Thus, the conductor of the crimped part is sealed in such a manner as to prevent insulation performance from being degraded by infiltration of water contents and oil contents into a connecting part and permeation of the water contents and the oil contents among the wires, which respectively include the conductors.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a phosphate group-containing resin obtained by copolymerizing: (a) a polymerizable monomer having a phosphate group represented by a formula [—OPO(OR)(OH)] (wherein R represents a hydrocarbon group having 4 to 10 carbon atoms), (b) a polymerizable monomer having a phosphoric acid group represented by a formula [—OPO(OH)2] and (c) a (meth)acrylate base polymerizable monomer having two tertiary alkyl groups in a molecule and to a water based metallic coating material composition comprising the above phosphate group-containing resin and a metallic pigment.
Abstract:
An electric shielding structure includes: a structure-attached body; an insulating housing, through which an electric wire is passed, watertightly held by the structure-attached body; an elastic sealing member held by the housing and being in watertight contact with an outer periphery of the wire; a flexible and electrically conductive shielding sheet for covering the wire; a shielding terminal electrically conducted with the structure-attached body in a state in which an outer surface thereof is covered by and contacted with a skirt portion of the shielding sheet; a band-like clamp tightly fasten the skirt portion of the shielding sheet from the outside and to cause the end part of the skirt portion to be in intimate contact with the outer surface of the shielding terminal; and a protector for covering the clamp from the outside thereof and for accommodating and protecting the members.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for forming a multi-layer coating film by applying a colored clear coating (B) containing a color pigment and/or a glittering material, on the film of a leafing type aluminum flake-containing metallic coating (A), wherein the colored clear coating (B) also contains a polymer formed from an unsaturated monomer having a phosphoric acid group represented by --O--PO(OH)(R.sub.1) (wherein R.sub.1 is a hydroxyl group, a phenyl group or a C.sub.1-20 alkyl group) and a hydroxyl group-containing unsaturated monomer. The method can form a multi-layer coating film improved in interlayer adhesivity between the metallic coating film and the colored clear coating film, without reducing the excellent effects and metallic feeling provided by a metallic coating film containing leafing type aluminum flake.
