A safety walker provides a strap that actuates to allow a person to enter into the safety walker and then raise the strap between their legs. The strap prevents ground level falls. The safety strap is actuated by a strap actuator that may pivot about a pivot attached to the movable support frame. The strap actuator may be locked into a secure position with the strap in an elevated position by a latch. The strap actuator may be coupled to a handle actuator by one or more linkages, or the strap actuator and handle actuator may be a one-piece rigid member that rotates about a single pivot on the moveable frame. A coupling member may extend between a left and right strap actuator proximal to the back end of the strap actuators and the safety strap may be attached to the coupling member.

The Invention discloses a foldable and track-changeable training chair for coordinated exercises of upper and lower limbs, comprising: a seat, a driving device below the seat and racks on both sides of the seat; an out-stretched driving shaft and an accessory shaft are arranged on each side of the driving device; one end of the crank of the seven-bar mechanism on both sides of the seat is fixed to the driving shaft, the other end is hinged to the head end of the first connecting rod to form a revolute pair. The Invention has a simple structure and wide usage.

A rocker for releasing leg muscle cramps is described in the present application. The rocker is a device that mechanically rocks the legs of a user for their release from muscle cramps. While releasing the leg muscle cramps, the user is lies on his back; his legs are attached to the rocker, which is capable of rocking the legs in various rocking movement patterns. These movements can include movement components in any possible direction, combined with movement components such as horizontal vibration, which is practically parallel to the direction in which the user is lying, a horizontal vibration component which is perpendicular to the direction of the previous movement component, and a vertical movement component. The user can choose the frequency of vibration of these movement components, and the result is vibration with a complex spatial movement.

An actuator is reduced in weight without impairing a walking assist function, and this reduces the inertial moment of a leg link. A drive crank arm on the output shaft of the actuator and a driven crank arm fixed to a second link portion so as to be concentric to the joint shaft of a third joint portion are connected to each other via a connection link. The connection link is placed so that a line connecting a pivot portion at which the drive crank arm is pivotally mounted and a pivot portion at which the driven crank arm is pivotally mounted obliquely crosses a line connecting the output shaft of the actuator and the joint shaft of the third joint portion.

A force generated at the leg link by driving the third joint assembly is transmitted to the body of a user. The walking assistance device enables the user to deeply squat by making the third joint assembly highly bendable. The third joint assembly has with a joint link member, a first joint which connects the joint link member and a first link member, and a second joint which connects the joint link member and the second link member. The walking assistance device is further equipped with a drive source which imparts a torque in a stretching direction to the first joint, and an elastic member which elastically holds the second joint in a predetermined stretched state until a predetermined value or more acts thereon.
