Abstract: A level shifter circuit of a driving device includes first and second pulse generators, first and second level shifters, and a determination circuit. The first pulse generator provides a first input signal according to a high-voltage signal. The first input signal includes a pulse signal having a first current level and a sustain signal having a second current level following the pulse signal. The first level shifter receives the first input signal to generate a first indication signal. The second pulse generator provides a second input signal according to the high-voltage signal. The second input signal includes the pulse signal and the sustain signal following the pulse signal. The second level shifter receives the second input signal to generate a second indication signal. The determination circuit generates a low-voltage signal according to the first indication signal and the second indication signal.

Abstract: A current sensing circuit includes a filtering circuit, an amplifier, a first resistor, a first transistor and a second transistor. The filtering circuit is coupled to two terminals of a sensing resistor. The amplifier has a first input terminal, a second input terminal and an output terminal. The second input terminal is coupled to the filtering circuit. The first resistor is coupled between the filtering circuit and the first input terminal of amplifier. A control terminal of the first transistor is coupled to the output terminal of amplifier, and its first terminal is coupled to the first input terminal of amplifier and its second terminal is grounded through a second resistor. A control terminal of the second transistor is coupled to the output terminal of amplifier, and its first terminal is coupled to the second input terminal of amplifier and its second terminal is grounded through a third resistor.

Abstract: A control circuit of a power converter and a control method thereof are provided. The control circuit includes an error amplifier, a controller, a digital filter, and a digital pulse width signal modulator. The error amplifying circuit is coupled to an output terminal of the power converter and provides a digital error signal. The controller provides a first working parameter corresponding to the first external control command when receiving a first external control command. The digital filter generates a current digital compensation value. The digital pulse width signal modulator generates a pulse width modulation signal. The controller provides a second working parameter corresponding to the second external control command when receiving a second external control command. The controller calculates a transition value according to the second working parameter and the current digital compensation value. The controller provides the second working parameter and the transition value to the digital filter.

Abstract: Provided is a method of forming a trench gate MOSFET. A hard mask layer is formed on a substrate. The substrate is partially removed by using the hard mask layer as a mask, so as to form a trench in the substrate. A first insulating layer and a first conductive layer are formed in the lower portion of the trench. A sacrificial layer is formed on the side surface of the upper portion of the trench, and the sacrificial layer is connected to the hard mask layer. An interlayer insulating layer is formed on the first conductive layer by a thermal oxidation process when the sacrificial layer and the hard mask layer are present. A second insulating layer and a second conductive layer are formed in the upper portion of the trench. A trench gate MOSFET is further provided.

Abstract: A power switch circuit is disclosed. The power switch circuit includes an input terminal, an output terminal, a first switch, a second switch, a sensing switch and an adjusting circuit. The first switch is coupled to the input terminal. The second switch is coupled to the first switch and the output terminal. A first node between the first switch and the second switch has a first node voltage. A breakdown voltage of the second switch is higher than that of the first switch. The sensing switch is coupled to the input terminal and the first switch. The adjusting circuit is coupled to the first node and the sensing switch. A second node between the adjusting circuit and the sensing switch has a second node voltage. The adjusting circuit adjusts the second node voltage according to the first node voltage to make it equal to the first node voltage.

Abstract: A control circuit of a power converter includes a sensing circuit, a ramp signal generation circuit and a PWM circuit. The sensing circuit, coupled to an output circuit, provides a current sensing signal. The ramp signal generation circuit includes a transient circuit and a signal generation circuit. The transient circuit receives the current sensing signal and generates a variable reference voltage. The signal generation circuit provides a ramp signal according to the variable reference voltage. The PWM circuit provides a PWM signal to the output circuit according to the ramp signal. When current sourcing occurs, it continues for a first default time. A transient state during current sourcing continues for a second default time less than first default time. The variable reference voltage is changed from a default value to an adjusted value during the second default time and restored to the default value after the second default time.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a power conversion circuit with a multi-function pin and a multi-function setting method thereof. The multi-function pin is coupled to an external setting circuit. The power conversion circuit includes a first function circuit, a second function circuit, and a judging circuit. The first function circuit is coupled to the multi-function pin. The second function circuit is coupled to the multi-function pin. The judging circuit is coupled to the multi-function pin, the first function circuit, and the second function circuit. The judging circuit provides a setting current to the multi-function pin, so that the external setting circuit generates a voltage according to the setting current. The judging circuit judges the type of external setting circuit according to voltage so as to activate the first function circuit or the second function circuit accordingly. The disclosure also provides a multi-function setting method in which the power conversion circuit automatically activates the corresponding function according to the type of external setting circuit.

Abstract: A control circuit of a power converter is coupled to an output stage and controls it to convert an input voltage into an output voltage and generate an output current. The control circuit includes a ripple generation circuit, a synthesis circuit, an error amplifier, a comparator and a PWM circuit. The ripple generation circuit generates a ripple signal according to an input voltage, an output voltage and output current. The synthesis circuit receives the ripple signal and a first feedback signal related to output voltage to provide a second feedback signal. The error amplifier receives the second feedback signal and a reference voltage to generate an error signal. The comparator receives a ramp signal and error signal to generate a comparison signal. The PWM circuit generates a PWM signal to control output stage according to the comparison signal. A slope of ripple signal is changed with the output current.

Abstract: A current sensing circuit is provided. The current sensing circuit includes an amplifier, an input resistor, a sensing resistor, and a feedback circuit. The amplifier has a first input terminal, a second input terminal, a third input terminal, and an output terminal. Abstract: The disclosure provides a power switching circuit. The power switching circuit includes a driving circuit, a determining circuit, a first power switch, and a second power switch. When the first power switch and the second power switch are switched, the second driving signal rises from a first level to a preset level, and the determining circuit controls the driving circuit to utilize the first driving signal to turn off the first power switch.
