Abstract: A three-dimensional out sole having a pattern having improved quality and durability has a dye permeated into the surface of the outsole. A depth to which the dye penetrating the micropores is 0.08 mm to 0.12 mm. The dye is permeated into the microspores through vacuum suction. The dye is digitally printed on a thermoplastic sheet. The thermoplastic sheet on which the dye is printed is heated to be softened with flexibility. The softened sheet having flexibility is closely attached to a surface of the shoe outsole having the three-dimensional shape through vacuum adsorption and then is permeated therein.

Abstract: There is provided an anhydrous dyeing system for yarn, including: a transfer printer which repeatedly sprays dye ink on a surface of a transfer sheet a plurality of times to laminate and apply ink layers; a dyeing jig which is in a drum form having a plurality of microholes formed in an outer circumferential surface thereof to penetrate inside and outside; a process chamber into which the dyeing jig is put; a heating member for heating the yarn wound on the dyeing jig, by supplying heat to the inside of the process chamber; and a vacuum-generating member which is in communication with an internal space of the dyeing jig and vacuum-evacuates the air in the internal space of the dyeing jig to thereby form a vacuum pressure inside the dyeing jig.

Abstract: An anhydrous fiber-dyeing apparatus using vacuum transfer, includes: a hollow drum in which a plurality of fine holes are formed to penetrate therethrough, and a fiber to be dyed are wound around an outer surface thereof; a transfer film covering the outer surface of the fiber wound around the drum and having an inner side surface coated with a dye; heating means heating the fiber wound around the drum; and a vacuum means suctioning air through an inner space of the drum to form a vacuum pressure through the fine holes of the drum.

Abstract: There is provided an apparatus for forming a magnetic pigment pattern on an article. The apparatus includes: a magnetic pattern mold having nonmagnetic pattern grooves engraved in a predetermined pattern and providing predetermined magnetic field lines on a pattern-forming object surface of an article by generating magnetism in areas outside the nonmagnetic pattern grooves; and a spray unit spraying an adhesive resin composite containing a ferromagnetic pigment onto the pattern-forming object surface of the article. A predetermined magnetic pigment pattern is formed while the magnetic pigment of the adhesive resin composite that is applied to the pattern-forming object surface of the article is rearranged along magnetic field lines generated by the magnetic pattern mold.
