Abstract: PURPOSE: A spheric motor device is provided to perform effectively a pan-tilt operation by using the contact force due to the deformation of piezoelectric ceramic. CONSTITUTION: A spheric motor device includes an external casing(10), a spheric moving portion(20), and an actuator portion(30). The external casing(10) includes the empty inside. The moving portion(20) has a spheric shape and is used for supporting a movable object. The actuator portion(30) drives the moving portion(20). One or more balls(11), a retainer(12), and one or more pins(13) are installed between the casing(10) and the moving portion(20). The retainer(12) is used for maintaining the positions of the balls(11). The pins(13) are used for connecting the retainer(12) to a groove of the casing(10).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A brushless motor is provided to reduce the cogging torque by inserting a magnet in a circumferential direction at a protruding pole of a stator and making the density of the magnetic energy at an air gap uniform. CONSTITUTION: A brushless motor comprises a rotor which is provided on the inner side of a yoke, and a stator(11) which is provided on the inner side of the rotor. An annular magnet is engaged with the rotor. The stator(11) is concentrically disposed. The stator(11) is formed of a core of thin plate. A plurality of protruding poles are radially formed in the stator(11) about the body thereof. A passage of the magnetic flux is provided to the protruding poles through the body. A coil(12) is wound on the body of each protruding pole.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A linear supersonic motor is provided to increase a driving power transferred to a mover by installing a displacement magnification equipment to a stator. CONSTITUTION: The linear supersonic motor comprises an elastic body(10) as an elastic material and piezoelectric bodies(20a, 20b, 20c) sticked at one side of the elastic body. A central portion of the piezoelectric body(20c) is divided in a length direction, and both portions(20a, 20b) except the central portion of the piezoelectric body are divided in a direction opposed 180 degree with regard to a thickness direction. An electrode is disposed at the other side of the piezoelectric body, and the piezoelectric body vibrates when a high frequency voltage, which has a phase being different 90 degree, is applied to the electrode. By the vibration of the piezoelectric body, the elastic body performs an elliptical movement by a combination of a winding vibration and a longitudinal vibration. A displacement of the elliptic movement of the elastic body is magnified since the central portion divided in the length direction generates the longitudinal vibration by a potential differential between the high frequency voltages.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is an automatic control system of telescope which is especially used for endoscopic surgery. And its method is also provided. Thereby, the endoscopic surgery is carried out safely and accurately. CONSTITUTION: The automatic control system of telescope comprises a surgical tool(100), a telescope(110), a CCD(charge coupled device) camera, a computer, a display device(140), and a manipulator(150). The telescope attains a digital image signal of the surgical tool. The CCD camera converts the digital image signal into an analog image signal. The computer having a vision board converts the analog image signals into a digital image signal of specific bit including luminance information of each pixel according to a specific resolution, and recognizes the motion of the surgical tool by using the variation of luminance of each pixel to output data. The display device provides a visual image about the motion of the surgical tool. The manipulator moves toward the moving direction of the surgical tool by receiving the data of the computer.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A digital PWM(pulse width modulation) signal generation circuit is provided to control the PWM rate and position of a three-phase motor by reducing noise effect. CONSTITUTION: A frequency divider(40) transmits divided first and second frequency signals.
