    그러므로, 상기 정밀 회전구동장치의 구동 회로와 구조를 단순화시킬 수 있는 장점이 있고, 상기 압전 변환기의 사용 갯수가 줄어 가격면에서 우수할 뿐만아니라 장치의 소형화 설계에 보다 유리한 것이다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A linear supersonic motor is provided to increase a driving power transferred to a mover by installing a displacement magnification equipment to a stator. CONSTITUTION: The linear supersonic motor comprises an elastic body(10) as an elastic material and piezoelectric bodies(20a, 20b, 20c) sticked at one side of the elastic body. A central portion of the piezoelectric body(20c) is divided in a length direction, and both portions(20a, 20b) except the central portion of the piezoelectric body are divided in a direction opposed 180 degree with regard to a thickness direction. An electrode is disposed at the other side of the piezoelectric body, and the piezoelectric body vibrates when a high frequency voltage, which has a phase being different 90 degree, is applied to the electrode. By the vibration of the piezoelectric body, the elastic body performs an elliptical movement by a combination of a winding vibration and a longitudinal vibration. A displacement of the elliptic movement of the elastic body is magnified since the central portion divided in the length direction generates the longitudinal vibration by a potential differential between the high frequency voltages.
