Abstract:
PURPOSE: A scFv gene of monoclonal antibody 4G31 and a recombinant protein expressing the same are provided to neutralize RAV and to reduce and diagnose rabies virus. CONSTITUTION: A 4G31 scFv(single chain variable fragment antibody) gene which specifically neutralizes rabies virus has an amino acid sequence and a base of sequence number 16. The 4G31 scFv gene is a 4G31 monoclonal antibody containing a gene encoding a heavy chain variable region(VH) and a light chain variable region(VL). An expression vector expresses the 4G31 scFv gene. A recombinant protein is prepared by expressingthe 4G31 scFv gene in E.coli using the expression vector. A therapeutic agent for rabies virus contains the recombinant protein expressed from the 4G31 scFv gene.

PURPOSE: A solid particle having end epoxy radical on lipid bilayer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to uniformly fix molecules having amino radicals under mild condition. CONSTITUTION: A solid particle having end epoxy radical includes lipid bilayer coated with polyelectrolyte material on a surface. The lipid bilayer comprises a first lipid molecule and a second lipid molecule. The first lipid molecule is diacetylene having the first lipid molecule having epoxy radical in the end. The second lipid molecule is a different lipid molecule from the first lipid molecule. A solid particle before being coated with the polyelectrolyte material is negative charged material. A cationic polyelectrolyte material and electronegative polyelectrolyte material are coated by turns.

PURPOSE: A recombinant swine influenza A virus and a vaccine containing the same are provided to suppress virus infection. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant swine influenza A virus contains a gene of sequence numbers 1-6 among internal genes of A/PR/08/34 (H1N1) virus and a virus surface protein gene of deposit number KCTC 1169BP. The virus surface protein gene contains HA of sequence number 7 and NA gene of sequence number 8. A vaccine for swine influenza virus contains the recombinant swine influenza virus A.

PURPOSE: A recombinant swine H1N1 virus and a virus vaccine containing the same are provided to protect domestic piggery from the virus and to suppress mutant virus expression. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant swine H1N1 virus contains a gene of sequence numbers 1-6 in an internal gene of A/swine/Korea/CAN01/04 (H1N1) virus of deposit number KCTC 11165BP and virus surface protein gene of deposit number KCTC 11690BP. The virus surface protein gene has HA of sequence number 7 and NA gene of sequence number 8. A vaccine for swine H1N1 virus contains the recombinant swine H1N1 virus.

An antiviral agent is provided to exhibit advantageous effects of selectively degrading foreign nucleic acid chains invaded in an animal cell and have no cytotoxicity to the animal cell, thereby causing no death of the animal cell. An anti-viral agent against animal viruses comprises: a protein which has the binding capacity and the decomposing capacity regarding a foreign nucleic acid chain invading animal cells and shows no toxicity on the animal cells; or a nucleic acid encoding the same protein as an effective ingredient, wherein the protein is recovered from an auto-immune disease induced animal and is an immunoglobulin or a fragment thereof having the binding capacity and the decomposing capacity regarding the nucleic acid chain.
