Abstract: PURPOSE: A heating system using waste heat of an electric vehicle is provided to reduce energy consumption by using waste heat effectively by controlling a heater core and an auxiliary heater in a vehicle properly. CONSTITUTION: A heating system using waste heat of an electric vehicle comprises an electric water pump(12), a LDC(13), an inverter(14), a motor(15), a radiator(16), and a heater core(19). The heater core is installed in a vehicle. The heater core is installed in one water circulator(18b) connected with another water circulator for heating the water circulated through the water circulator. The heating system using waste heat heats the indoor space of a vehicle by using the waste heat generated in a motor room.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An inside-vehicle carbon dioxide control system and a method thereof are provided to effectively control the carbon dioxide concentration of a vehicle in consideration of driving condition. CONSTITUTION: An inside-vehicle carbon dioxide control method comprises the following steps. Whether a tunnel is located in the front of a vehicle progress direction or not is determined(S1). If a tunnel is located in the front of a vehicle, a tunnel passing time is predicted(S2). After a vehicle passes a tunnel, the increased carbon dioxide concentration in a vehicle room is predicted in consideration of the tunnel passing time(S3). Before the vehicles enters the tunnel, the air volume flowing in into the inside of the vehicles is controlled in consideration of the predicted carbon dioxide concentration and the present carbon dioxide concentration of the vehicle interior is reduced(S4).
