    Abstract: PURPOSE:To flexibly correspond even to the manufacturing of FRP molded products having various shapes by moving a traverse part to the position op posed to the taking-up part completed in taking-up work among at least two units of taking-up parts and traversing a resin impregnated filament in the traverse part to take up the same by the taking-up part completed in taking-up work. CONSTITUTION:Since a taking-up part 1' previously completed in taking-up work is in a standby state during the period when taking-up is carried out in a taking-up part 1, terminal processing, the detachment and mounting of a mandrel 3 and the preparation of taking-up are carried out. When the taking-up in the taking-up part 1 is completed, an yarn supply traverse part 6 is moved to the position opposed to the taking-up part 1' completed in taking-up preparatory work by a moving part 7 to start taking-up. Since the taking-up part 1 becomes a standby state, the preparatory work for the taking up on the next mandrel such as terminal processing or the detachment of the mandrel 3 is started. By this method, no wastefulness is generated in the operation of the taking-up parts or the traverse part and the taking-up rate of operation can be extremely enhanced.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent axis movement of a winding core togetherwith a winding core chuck in a state that the winding core is hooked to the chuck during pull off of the chuck and to prevent displacement of a sheetform substance by a method wherein a core press means adapted to press the both end surface of the winding chuck is mounted to a winding arm. CONSTITUTION:A sheetform substance is wound around a winding core 10, and when winding of a given winding amount is completed, rotation of a winding chuck 11 is stopped. A so wound sheetform substance in roll is transferred from a winding arm 12, and is received by a truck to convey the sheetform substance to a subsequent process. A core press 40 is actuated so that the core press 40 pushes each of the end surfaces of the winding core 10, and effects regulation so that the winding core 10 and the wound sheetform substance in roll are prevented from movement in the direction of the axis of the winding core. As a result, since, when the winding core chuck 11 is pulled off from the winding core 10, a force in the direction of the axis of the winding core is generated, the wining core 10 and the sheetform substance wound therearound are not moved in the direction of the axis of the winding core through the action of the core press 40, and the sheetform is prevented from being displaced on a truck.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the response of the tension of a film and to perform measurement with high accuracy, by operating a film tension signal from the signal of the pressure in a pneumatic box detected by a pressure detector and the signal of the film position detected by a position detector. CONSTITUTION:A film 1 during running is supported by two guide rolls 2, 3 arranged at a predetermined interval and a pneumatic box 4 is arranged so as to allow the opening part side walls thereof to respectively approach both peripheral surfaces of two guide rolls 2, 3 and both ends of the film 1' between the rolls 2, 3. A suction blower 5 making the pressure in the pneumatic box 4 negative is connected to the pneumatic box 4. The pressure in the pneumatic box 4 is detected by a pressure detector 8 and the position of the film 1 displaced by the negative pressure due to the suction blower 5 is detected by a position detector 7. Both signals of the pressure detector 8 and the position detector 7 are inputted to an operational processing means 9 to perform operation to obtain a film tension signal.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve uniform impregnating capacity of a sheet-like matter with a solution and to prevent generation of the surplus impregnating solution, by a method wherein the sheet-like matter during running is impregnated up to the middle of its thickness in the direction of the thickness with the solution to be pressed in while the sheet-like matter is being brought into contact with an opening end of a box-like body and then the same is impregnated with the solution by a pair of nip rolls. CONSTITUTION:A box-like body 4 of a pressing-in device 2 possesses an opening part 8 on a sheet side, and a pressing-in chamber 10 in an airtight state is formed by bringing a fringe face 9 of the said box-like body 4 into contact with a sheet 1. When a solution is pressed in the pressing-in chamber 10 through an introduction port 11 of the pressing-in device 2, the said solution is infiltrated into the sheet 1 through a small hole 15 of a pressure control plate 12 after the inside of the pressing-in chamber 10 has been filled with the said solution. Now, when the optimum infiltration depth l1 necessary for making the sheet 1 into a state where it is infiltrated evenly in the direction of a sheet thickness finally by one time-pass through the pressing-in device 2 and a nip device 5 without lowering a fabric breathing rate of the sheet 1 is shown by an infiltration ratio l1/t1 to a sheet thickness t1 prior to its treatment, the said infiltration ratio falling within range of 70-82% of the thickness t1 is preferable. When a preferred degree of nip of the nip device is shown by a pressurizing ratio t2/t1 by making use of a gap 2 between rolls, the said pressurizing ratio falls within a range of 0.75-1.15 times as thick as the infiltration ratio l1/t1.
