Abstract: PURPOSE:To manufacture a heat transfer pipe which has the bark-shaped unevennesses on the inside wall surface and is large in the surface area and excellent in the acceleration effect of the boiling heat transfer by flowing a copper plating soln. contg. both a specified surface-active agent and a chloride ion to the inside of the heat transfer pipe and electroplating the inside wall surface. CONSTITUTION:The radiating fins 3 are fitted on the outside surface of a heat transfer pipe 10 made of Cu and press-contacted by expanding the heat transfer pipe. Cu plating is performed on an inside surface of the heat transfer pipe 10 by circulating a Cu plating soln. 9 incorporated in a plating vessel 7 through a joining pipe 11 and a pump 12 and conducting electricity between an anode 14 provided in the inside and the pipe 10 as a cathode via a connecting terminal 15 by means of a DC power source 13. 5-10mg/l polyoxyethylene oleyl ether series surface-active agent and extremely small quantities of chloride ion such as hydrochloric acid are contained in the plating soln. making copper sulfate a copper ion source. A copper plated surface having the bark-shaped unevennesses is formed on the inside surface of the pipe 10 and the heat transfer effect of a heat exchanger such as a heat pipe wherein the evaporation and the condensation are repeated by sealing a freon liquid is remarkably increased.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum heat insulating material and its manufacturing method wherein a groove is formed in a surface by a usual molding method without applying damage such as a flaw or a pin hole to an envelope material of a laminate film even after manufacturing the vacuum heat insulating material. SOLUTION: The molded body where the concentration of the binder in the surface layer is smaller than that in the inside layer is used as a core material. Thus, the inside of the core material is soft, so that the groove is formed in the surface without damaging the envelope material film by the usual molding method such as die pressing. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the fault that a crank case heater is energized in a short time after the stop of a compressor and therefore the amount of power consumption is large, in a technique of suppressing the stagnation of a refrigerant in the compressor at the stop thereof. SOLUTION: The air conditioner comprises an ambient temperature sensor 4, the crank case heater 8, a compressor oil reservoir temperature sensor 9, the compressor 10, and a heat storage material 11 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the compressor 10. The energy of heating in the operation of the compressor is stored in the heat storage material. As a result, the lowering of the temperature of a compressor oil reservoir can be reduced and the stagnation of the refrigerant can be suppressed.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional air conditioner such that the quantity of power consumption is large, since a clank case heater for suppressing the stay of a refrigerant in a compressor is supplied with a current in a short time after stoppage of the compressor. SOLUTION: This air conditioner is composed of clank case heater 8, a compressor oil reservoir temperature sensor 9, a compressor 10, and heat accumulating material 11 arranged at the periphery of the compressor 10. Thus, the air conditioner can suppress the drop of the compressor oil reservoir temperature and can suppress the stay of a refrigerant, by accumulating the generated energy during operation of the compressor in the heat accumulating material.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evenly agitate the whole of water for humidifying by ozone gas. SOLUTION: An ozone outlet 23 is formed in the bottom of a reverse conical water storage container 12 gradually narrowed toward a bottom part and a porous plate 24 having approximately uniform fine holes is situated in the water storage container 12 to store ozone aeration water for humidifying in a manner to be situated above the ozone outlet 23 of the water storage container 12 and in a position below the position of a water level sensor 15 being situated at the lowermost water level of the water storage container 12. This constitution evenly agitates the whole of water for humidifying by ozone gas through combination of a sterilizing function by blowing ozone gas from a lowermost part and a bubbling function by the porous plate 24, and suppresses the generation of algae in addition to sterilization of the internal part of the water storage container 12 to store water by ozone aeration water.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent iron powder from invading a compressor and further prevent wear of compressor slide parts from being promoted by capturing iron powder, cut chips, and oxidized scale, etc., in a refrigerant introduction pipe in a gas/liquid separator where an oil return hole is provided in the refrigerant derivation pipe. SOLUTION: The present gas/liquid separator is adapted such that the tip end of a refrigerant introduction pipe 5 is sealed, and a hole 6 is provided in a portion of the refrigerant introduction pipe 5 in the gas/liquid separator 1, and further a filter 9 comprising a wire material is disposed in the neighbourhood of the tip end of the refrigerant introduction pipe 5. Hereby, iron powder, etc., are captured at the end of the refrigerant introduction pipe 5 to prevent the iron powder, etc., from being mixed into the gas/liquid separator 1 and further iron powder, etc., invading a compressor from an oil return hole 8 provided in the refrigerant derivation pipe 7 are restricted. Thus, wear of compressor slide parts are prevented from being promoted.

SOLUTION: In a closed cycle in which a compressor 2, four-way valve 3, outdoor heat exchanger 4, dryer 9, outdoor capillary tube 11, indoor heat exchanger 12, and accumulator 17 are successively connected by means of a refrigerant piping 13 to circulate refrigerant, a molecular sieve 6 is provided in the central section of the dryer 9 and filters 1, 8 are provided in front and in the rear of the dryer 9 respectively to capture foreign matters such as chlorine components, dust, a carboxylic acid metal salt etc., and there are provided a test run means 21 to conduct a test run and a pump down means for returning the refrigerant in a system into the compressor 2, and valves 5, 10 are detachably connected to the pipes in front and in the rear of the dryer 9 to stop the flow of refrigerant.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exchange oil, absorbing a moisture content entering a refrigerating cycle during a site installation work and maintenance, with new oil without releasing a system. SOLUTION: An oil container 14 to perform exchange of oil 17 in an air- conditioner is removably connected through three-way valves 12 and 13 to the middle of an oil return piping 11 through which the oil reservoir part of an oil separator 2 is coupled to a piping 10 on the suction side of a compressor 1 through a throttle 9. After completion of arrangement or maintenance, cooling continuous operation or heating continuous operation is carried out as a trial run and thereafter, by switching the three-way valves 12 and 13, an oil 17 absorbing a moisture content in a refrigerating system is replaced with a new oil 17 in the oil container 14. This constitution improves reliability of an air- conditioner.
