A bacteriolysis extract of Saccharomyces dairenensis is provided to enhance non-specific immunity to pathogenic bacteria and activation of neutrophil and use for improving vaccine efficiency and immune enhancer. An immune enhancer, vaccine adjuvant, adjuvant treating agent or feed additive comprises the bacteriolysis extract of Saccharomyces dairenensis as an active ingredient. A method for producing the bacteriolysis extract of Saccharomyces dairenensis comprises: a step of culturing the Saccharomyces dairenensis in culture media at 26°C for 72 hours; a step of suspending the culture material in PBS buffer after centrifuging; a step of adding and treating dissolution buffer for two or three days; and a step of adjusting pH concentration to 6.5-7.2 and storing in a refrigerator.

A protein with antibody specificity against Bovine Tuberculosis-infected blood serum is provided to diagnose Bovine Tuberculosis and prevent spread of the Bovine Tuberculosis by improving specificity and sensitivity against the Bovine Tuberculosis. A protein with antibody specificity against Bovine Tuberculosis-infected blood serum represents a Mycobacterium bovis protein having amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1, 2 or 3. A method for purifying the protein comprises the following steps of: immersing proteins isolated from cultivated supernatant of the Mycobacterium bovis; partitioning the proteins using anion exchange resin chromatography; and selecting the proteins which are reacted to the Bovine Tuberculosis-infected blood serum.

An extract of Citrus unshiu Markovich is provided to enhance various activities of granulocyte and macrophage and induce strong defence capability on attach inoculation of pathogenic bacteria, thereby being used as an animal medicine such as an animal immuno-enhancing agent and a vaccine adjuvant and a feed additive for treating and preventing animal diseases efficiently. A method for purifying an extract of Citrus unshiu Markovich comprises the steps of: (a) extracting the Citrus unshiu Markovich with hot water at a temperature of 80-120 deg.C for 2-3 hours to obtain a crude extract; (b) concentrating the crude extract; and (c) filtering the concentrate to obtain a polysaccharide fraction by filtering paper and microorganism filtering. A composition for increasing immunity comprises the extract of Citrus unshiu Markovich as an active ingredient. The composition further comprises a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or an excipient.

An exo-polysaccharide extracted from a Candida spp., strain through a physicochemical method is provided to show the immunity enhancing effect on various immunocytes such as neutrophil, macrophage and lymphocyte, thereby being widely applied to a vaccine, an animal immunity-enhancing agent, and an adjuvant therapeutic agent. An animal immunity enhancing agent comprises exo-polysaccharides extracted from a culture material of a Candida spp., strain such as Candida albicans and Candida tropicalis. A method for preparing the exo-polysaccharides derived from the Saccharomyces spp. strain comprises the steps of: (a) after suspending pure colonies obtained by culturing the Candida spp., strain in sterile saline solution, inoculating 1 ml of the suspension into 1,000 ml of yeast malt broth and culturing it at a temperature of 28 deg.C for 72 hours; (b) after adding two times amount of distilled water into a culture material obtained from the step(a) and mixing it, boiling the mixture at a temperature of 100 deg.C for 1 hour and centrifuging the boiled mixture under 3,000xg for 30 minutes to collect supernatant therefrom; and (c) after adding two times amount of ethyl alcohol to the supernatant and mixing it, leaving a mixture in a cool chamber at a temperature of 4 deg.C for 2 days and collecting precipitated polysaccharides therefrom.
