Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert each channel signal normalized to a specific level into an original size by receiving data A subjected to be inverse normalization, extracting inverse normalization information B to be multiplied with the data A from a storage means and multiplying the data A and the information B. SOLUTION: A control section 23 controls the entire section to store inverse normalization B to be multiplied with data A subjected to be inverse normalization and to store the data A to an input memory 24. A register 25 provides an output of the data A to the memory 24 properly synchronously with each other and a multiplexer 26 selects and outputs the information B corresponding to the data A among plural sets of information B stored in the ROM 21. A multiplier 22 multiplies the data A from the register 25 with the information B from the multiplexer 26 to store output data to an output a memory 29. Thus, each channel signal normalized to a specific level by multi-channel processing in converted into an original size by one multiplication to reduce the inverse normalization time.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side surface resonance tunnel diode, which makes two- time resonance tunnelings cause and increases a tunnel current. SOLUTION: A two-dimensional electron gas layer 35, which is formed between two semiconductor layers, is used as a current passage, a voltage is applied to this layer 35 in the vertical direction and a plurality of gate electrodes 37 to 39, which are respectively formed with a potential barrier, are provided. The potential barrier, through which electrons are lastly made to pass, is formed so that the potential energy level of the potential barrier is lower than those of the other barriers. Thereby, as primary and secondary resonance tunnel currents are easily tunneled through the last potential barrier at the potential energy level of the last potential barrier, a tunneling of a current is increased in a side surface resonance tunnel diode and it is possible to apply the side surface resonance tunnel diode to a switching element, a high-frequency oscillation element and an amplifying element.

Further, the connector is equipped with an adapter 10 where the said array means is installed and coupled tightly and a coupling means which includes an optical cable protector 20 and a block 30.

SOLUTION: An up/down counting circuit part 1 up counts values from one to N-1 and then down counts to one. A 1st selecting part 3 alternately selects values of the N-1 and -(N-1) and outputs them. A 2nd selecting part 4 alternately selects values one and N and outputs them. A 3rd selecting part 5 selects final output data with the outputs of the parts 3 and 4 as inputs. A phase-converting circuit part 7 changes an output phase of the part 4 at the point of time, when the N-1 or the -(N-1) has occurred at N-1 times. An accumulating part 8 generates a final address output signal by accumulating the outputs of the part 5.
