    Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition for skin whitening is provided to show pigmentation suppression, and to have an excellent skin whitening effect by having a deterrent effect on tyrosinase which is an apoenzyme of melanogenesis and by containing an extract of acanthopanax. An enzyme is a cell wall degrading enzyme or proteinase. The cell wall degrading enzyme comprises cellulose. The proteinase comprises pectinase. The cellulase comprises celluclast.
