PURPOSE: An active optical device and a display device including the same are provided to variously modify phase difference despite of incidence of light having the same phase. CONSTITUTION: A first to third electrodes(10,20,30) are sequentially separated and arranged. A first refractive index variation layer(40) is arranged between the first and second electrodes and varies a refractive index by an electric field. A second refractive index variation layer(50) is arranged between the second and third electrodes and varies a refractive index by the electric field. Regarding an alignment state of liquid crystal molecules(42), various distribution profiles of a refractive index are implemented.

PURPOSE: A server connection method of a device, information providing method, clouding computing network system, and operation method thereof are provided to connect a client device to a file server by using other clients existing in a network. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(110) receives a connection information request for a predetermined file server set by an external client device. A control unit(130) transmits the confirmed connection information to the external client device by confirming the connection information for the file server according to the connection information request. The connection information request includes an IP(internet protocol) address, a port number, and a source IP address. When the connection information for the file server is existed, the control unit periodically confirms the reception of the connection information request through an external connection port. PURPOSE: An X-ray detector of a wafer scale and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to implement seamless images by using a chip array manufactured with the wafer scale. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of chip areas(A,B) are formed on a silicon substrate(120). Pixel pads(132) are formed in the center of the chip area. A pin pad(134) is formed on the edge of the chip area to surround the pixel pads. The pin pad is connected to a via contact(139) formed in a via hole(135) of the silicon substrate. A first insulation layer(130) is formed on the silicon substrate to insulate the pixel pads and the pin pads from the silicon substrate.

PURPOSE: A large-scaled x-ray detector and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to transfer charges detected in a photo conductor layer corresponding to an on-demand semiconductor joint area to an on-demand semiconductor, thereby accurately realizing an image on a photographing area without a joint. CONSTITUTION: A photo conductor layer(340) generates an electrical signal by an incident x-ray. A common electrode(350) is formed on one side of the photo conductor layer. A plurality of pixel electrodes(342) is formed on the other side of the photo conductor layer. A planar film(330) covers an on-demand semiconductor(320). The planar film is formed on a printed circuit board(310). A plurality of contacts(322) is formed on the lower part of the on-demand semiconductor.

CONSTITUTION: A channel layer(C1) includes an oxide semiconductor. A source and a drain are contacted with both sides of the channel layer. A gate(G1) corresponds to the channel layer. A gate insulation layer is formed between the channel layer and the gate. A fluorine containing region is located on a contact interface between the channel layer and the gate insulation layer. The fluorine containing region is a region processed with plasma including fluorine.

PURPOSE: An electronic mirror and an image displaying method using the same are provided to self-diagnose a health state of a body by observing an image corresponding to the body in real time. CONSTITUTION: An electron mirror comprises a display unit(20), a reflection unit(30), a detection unit(10) and a controller(40). The display unit outputs an image. The detection unit is arranged to be adjacent to one side of the display unit. The detection unit comprises the transparent material and receives a message signal. The controller controls the detection unit and the display unit to output the signal received from the detection unit as the image on the display unit. The reflection unit is adjacent to the other side of the display unit and reflects the light which passes through the detection unit and the display unit.

CONSTITUTION: A first oxide channel layer(C10) is formed into a first conductive type oxide on a lower part layer. A first electrode layer covering the first channel layer is formed on the lower part layer. The first electrode layer and a second electrode layer separated are formed. A second oxide channel layer(C20) is formed into a second conductive type oxide on the lower part later. The first electrode layer is patterned. A first source, a first drain and the second drain are formed by the patterning of the first electrode layer.

PURPOSE: A stacked memory device is provided to reduce the area in which the stacked memory device is occupied by stacking active circuit parts between memory layers. CONSTITUTION: Stacked memory layers(110) include memory cell array. A first active circuit part(140) processes the address information of the memory cell array which is divided into vertical address information and horizontal address information. A second active circuit part(160) is arranged on the first active circuit part. The second active circuit part generates memory selection signal to each memory cell based on the processed signal of the first active circuit parts. The first active circuit part includes a level decoder(120) and a pre decoder(130). The level decoder decodes the vertical address information. The pre decoder decodes the horizontal address information.
