Abstract: PURPOSE: A drive shaft joint structure and a clipped corner measuring method are provided to improve the marketability and safety of a vehicle by accurately measuring the maximum corner-clipping amount of a drive shaft joint for sensitively influencing the intensity of a constant speed joint. CONSTITUTION: A drive shaft joint structure comprises an outer wheel(100), an inner wheel(110), a drive shaft(120), and an optical sensor(130). The outer wheel comprises a semielliptic internal space and forms the outer shape of a joint. The inner wheel is formed into a nut shape and is inserted into the outer wheel. The drive shaft is inserted into the center of the inner wheel. The tip end of the drive shaft is partially penetrates the inner wheel for positioning in the internal space. The optical sensor is installed at the tip end of the drive shaft and is positioned in the internal space.

Since the space between the brake disk and brake pad is wide, a cross-section of an output side of the hydraulic cylinder is reduced to maintain or improve response to brake pedal stroke caused. The sub-hydraulic cylinder comprising a wedge-type brake pad(62) and a pad support(64) is installed on an input side of the hydraulic cylinder to compensate braking force according to the reduced cross-section of the output side, wherein the wedge-type brake pad is in contact with an inclined surface of the brake pad during the operation of the sub-hydraulic cylinder.
