    Abstract: An analysis method of the density of ginseng tissues through near infrared spectroscopy is provided to improve measuring accuracy and shorten measurement time by measuring density of the ginseng tissues through near infrared ray of 932~974nm range. An analysis method of the density of ginseng tissues through near infrared spectroscopy comprises: a step of calculating experimental value data by measuring tissue hardness to a plurality of ginsengs; a step of collecting spectrum which is reflected by irradiating the near infrared ray on a plurality of ginsengs; a step of calculating the standard measuring formula by analyzing the experimental value data and the collected spectrum with multi-variate regression; and a step of substituting the standard measuring formula for the ginseng reflectance spectrum of the experimental value and verifying the standard measuring formula. The near infrared ray is the range of 932~974nm.

CONSTITUTION: The aspaoligonin represented by formula (1) is isolated from Asaragus oligoclonos Maxim. by the following steps of: grinding the dried roots of Asaragus oligoclonos Maxim.; extracting the grinded roots with methanol at room temperature; filtering the extract solution and concentrating the filtrate under vacuum condition; dissolving the concentrates in distilled water and defatting the solution with ether; extracting the water layer of the defatted solution with butanol to obtain the butanol fragment; purifying the butanol fragment by chromatography on silica gel to obtain 20 fragments; and purifying the 5th fragment by using Sep-Pak C18 to obtain aspaoligonin.
