본 발명은 약용작물 열매를 이용한 샐러드 드레싱 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로 설명하면, 드레싱 베이스, 오디 과육, 오미자청, 및 마 물성개량제를 포함하는 샐러드 드레싱에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 샐러드 드레싱은 맛과 향이 좋은 식품이다.

PURPOSE: An airtight container is provided to store content for long time by effectively emitting ethylene and carbon dioxide. CONSTITUTION: A plastic material airtight container comprises 2-12 parts by weight of pegmatite and 85-95 parts by weight of plastic material. The plastic material is one or more selected from polypropylene, polyvinylpyrrolidone, and polyvinyl chloride. The plastic sealing container includes 5-10 parts by weight of zeolite.

청정수삼 및 인삼 엽을 생산하기 위하여 배지경 인삼수경재배시스템 및 분무경 인삼수경재배시스템을 사용한다. 배지경 인삼수경재배시스템은 배수홈이 있는 베드의 내부에 형성된 혼합 배지에 저온 저장되었던 묘삼을 정식한 후, 양액을 조제하여 상기 양액의 적정량을 상기 묘삼에 공급하게 되면 4~5개월 후 청정수삼 및 인삼 엽을 수확하게 된다. 그리고, 분무경 인삼수경재배시스템은 베드에 저온 저장되었던 묘삼을 정식한 후 양액을 조제하여, 상기 양액을 미스트 노즐을 통해 상기 묘삼의 뿌리에 분사하고, 사용된 상기 양액은 상기 베드의 일단에 형성된 배수구를 통해 양액탱크에 유입되어 재사용하게 되면, 4~5개월 후 청정수삼 및 인삼 엽을 수확하게 된다.
Abstract:
An analysis method of the density of ginseng tissues through near infrared spectroscopy is provided to improve measuring accuracy and shorten measurement time by measuring density of the ginseng tissues through near infrared ray of 932~974nm range. An analysis method of the density of ginseng tissues through near infrared spectroscopy comprises: a step of calculating experimental value data by measuring tissue hardness to a plurality of ginsengs; a step of collecting spectrum which is reflected by irradiating the near infrared ray on a plurality of ginsengs; a step of calculating the standard measuring formula by analyzing the experimental value data and the collected spectrum with multi-variate regression; and a step of substituting the standard measuring formula for the ginseng reflectance spectrum of the experimental value and verifying the standard measuring formula. The near infrared ray is the range of 932~974nm.

A composition comprising dammarane triterpenes is provided to inhibit activity of ACAT(acyl-CoA:cholesterol acyltransferase), remove reactive oxygen species, peroxynitrite and hydrogen peroxide, suppress production of nitrogen oxide and kill cancer cells without side effects, thereby preventing or treating atherosclerosis, dementia, cancer and oxidative stress. A composition for preventing or treating atherosclerosis, dementia, cancer and oxidative stress comprises dammarane triterpenes isolated from Rhus chinensis Mill., including 20-hydroxy-24-dammaren-3-one represented by the formula(1), 3-hydroxy-3, 3-oxodammar-20, 24E-dien-26-oic acid represented by the formula(2) and 19-epoxydammar-20, 24-dien-22, 26-olide represented by the formula(3), which are isolated by extracting the stem of Rhus chinensis Mill. with methanol, fractionating the crude extract with ethylacetate and water, concentrating the fraction under reduced pressure, and subjecting the concentrate to silica gel column chromatography.

PURPOSE: Provided is a natural aspaoligonin isolated from Asaragus oligoclonos Maxim. Also, an isolating method thereof is provided. The aspaoligonin is potentially developed into medical supplies if its medicinal action is examined. CONSTITUTION: The aspaoligonin represented by formula (1) is isolated from Asaragus oligoclonos Maxim. by the following steps of: grinding the dried roots of Asaragus oligoclonos Maxim.; extracting the grinded roots with methanol at room temperature; filtering the extract solution and concentrating the filtrate under vacuum condition; dissolving the concentrates in distilled water and defatting the solution with ether; extracting the water layer of the defatted solution with butanol to obtain the butanol fragment; purifying the butanol fragment by chromatography on silica gel to obtain 20 fragments; and purifying the 5th fragment by using Sep-Pak C18 to obtain aspaoligonin.
