본 발명은 제1역과 제2역 사이를 구성하는 복수의 구간마다 운행속도가 기 설정되어 있는 열차를 제어하기 위한 열차운행제어시스템에 있어서, 상기 열차가 운행되는 선로에 설치되는 RFID태그, 상기 RFID태그에 기록된 RFID태그정보를 로딩(Loading)하는 RFID리더, 상기 로딩된 RFID태그정보를 분석하여 상기 열차의 위치 및 운행속도를 기 설정된 시간 간격으로 판단하고, 상기 열차의 위치를 이용하여 상기 복수의 구간 중 어느 구간에 해당하는지 판단하며, 상기 판단된 구간의 기 설정된 속도를 추출하고, 상기 열차의 운행속도를 상기 추출된 속도와 일치하도록 조정하는 운행제어부를 포함하되, 상기 RFID태그는 상기 열차가 상기 복수의 구간마다 기 설정된 상기 운행속도로 상기 기 설정된 시간동안 이동되는 거리에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는, RFID를 이� ��한 열차운행제어시스템이다.

본 발명의 일례와 관련된 이벤트 중심의 무인 철도 관제 시스템은, 철도 시설물의 상태를 감지하고, 상기 감지된 상태에 관한 정보를 포함하는 감지신호를 생성하는 현장 신호설비; 관제실에 설치되고, 상기 현장 신호설비로부터 상기 감지신호를 전송받는 관제 서버; 및 상기 철도 시설물에 대한 관리원이 소지하는 무선 모바일 단말기;를 포함하되, 상기 관제 서버는, 상기 전송받은 감지신호를 이용하여 상기 철도 시설물에 기 설정된 이례적인 상황이 발생되는지 여부를 판단하는 이벤트 관리 서버; 및 상기 무선 모바일 단말기와의 무선통신을 위한 무선기;를 더 포함하고, 상기 이례적인 상황은, 상기 철도 시설물에 발생되는 사고 및 장애 중 적어도 하나를 포함하며, 상기 이벤트 관리 서버가 상기 복수의 열차 및 상기 선로변 시설 중 적어도 하나인 제 1 객체에 상기 이례적인 상황이 발생되었다고 판단하는 경우, 상기 이벤트 관리 서버는 상기 제 1 객체에 발생된 이례적인 상황에 대응하는 알림신호를 생성하고, 상기 무선기는 상기 알림신호를 상기 제 1 객체에 대한 제 1 관리원이 소지한 제 1 무선 모바일 단발기에 전송하며, 상기 제 1 무선 모바일 단발기는 상기 전송받은 알림신호에 따라 상기 제 1 관리원에게 상기 제 1 객체에 발생된 이례적인 상황을 인지시킬 수 있다.

Disclosed is a rail for a railroad, wherein the rail has a vibration absorbing assembly which can reduce vibration and noise generated when a railroad car driven on the railroad. According to the present invention, the rail for a railroad comprises a head part, a first and a second web part formed at both lower sides of the head part, and a first and a second flange part respectively, horizontally, and oppositely extended from the bottoms of the first and the second web part, wherein at least one of the web part has a surface on which a noise reducing assembly is fixed and mounted by multiple fixing clips. The noise reducing assembly used for the rail and supported to be fixed on the web part by the fixing clips comprises: a damping sheet adhering to the surface of the web part; a vibration absorbing body adhering to the outer surface of the damping sheet; a sound absorbing body positioned outside the vibration absorbing body; and a vibration damping steel sheet positioned outside the sound absorbing body. The fixing clip is an elastic clip made from a high elastic metal material, and partitioned into a first part corresponding to the web part, a second part corresponding to the lower side of the flange part, and a third part facing the first part and corresponding to the front end of the flange part. The first and the second part of the elastic clip form a certain angle so that an elastic force applied to the first part faces the second part, wherein the first part has a front end touching the vibration damping steel sheet which is the outermost member of the vibration absorbing assembly and a curved part formed at a boundary between the third part and the second part houses the side end of the flange part.

PURPOSE: An intelligent camera automatic control system using a smartphone is provided to monitor the image of an intelligent camera through a smartphone in real time and to open a pop-up image on the smartphone when an event pre-set in the intelligent camera occurs, thereby enabling a user to instantly respond to an emergency. CONSTITUTION: An intelligent camera automatic control system using a smartphone includes the following parts: an intelligent camera (200) installed in an urban railway based station, taking images of the inside of the station, analyzing the images, and transmitting image data if a specific event is determined to have occurred; a station manager smartphone (100) displaying the image data transmitted from the intelligent camera with a pop-up form; and a server (400) receiving the image data, taken from the intelligent camera and treated with image-processing and analysis, and wirelessly transmitting the image data to the smartphone. The smartphone includes a sprinkler control part generating a sprinkler control signal to control a sprinkler installed around the intelligent camera. When a sprinkler control signal outputted from the smartphone is transmitted to the server, the server activates the sprinkler. The intelligent camera includes a manager access approval part, an event occurrence image transmission part, an intelligent camera menu control part, a removal function setting part, an automatic tracking function setting part, an entrance function setting part, a passing function setting part, a movement detecting function setting part, and a negligence function setting part. PURPOSE: A roadbed sound absorption block for an urban railway is provided to reduce repair time and costs by allowing a user to easily change a sleeper, a rail and the damaged sound absorption block. CONSTITUTION: A roadbed sound absorption block(1) for an urban railway comprises a lower block(2) in a gap with a roadbed(A). The lower block is attached to the upper surface of the roadbed, and one side of the lower surface of the sound absorption block is inserted into the upper end with female and male bond(13). A mounting protrusion(21) is formed so that the sound absorption block is mounted on the one end of the upper surface of the lower block. The sound absorption block comprises a protrusion on both ends, and a sound absorption unit is included in the center of the protrusion. A mounting groove(13a) is formed on the lower surface of the sound absorption block, and a connection protrusion(14a) and a connection groove(14b) are included in the center of the both ends of a longitudinal direction.

A VDSL modem(100) transmits passenger room monitoring video data which is photographed by the camera. In the case part, a space part(114) and a connection-hole(116) are formed. A plurality of combining apertures is formed as pairs. The cyclone comprises housing, a vortex generating member, and a cover member. The housing is installed in the case space part of the case part. The cover member covers rear part of the housing. The foreign material guide portion guides filtered foreign materials by covering the space part of the case.
