PURPOSE: A composition containing xylanase and expansin for promoting xylan lysis is provided to quickly and economically prepare xylose and/or xylooligosaccharide. CONSTITUTION: A composition for promoting xylan lysis contains xylanase and expansin. Expansin is derived from microorganism. Expansing has an amino acid sequence selected from sequence numbers 1-41. Xylanase has an amino sequence of sequence number 42. Xylose or xylooligosaccharide is prepared by treating xylanase and expensing to xylan.
Abstract:
A biological pretreatment of lignocellulosic biomass and a saccharification method are provided to optimize the efficiency of pretreatment and saccharification and produce the biomass with high yield. A biological pretreatment of linocellulosic biomass and saccharification method comprises: a step of filling the lignocellulosic biomass, liquid media and cellulase in a pretreatment container (10); a step of pretreating the lignocellulosic biomass under the condition of more than 1 mM/min of MnP activity to prepare pretreatment solution; a step of filling beta-glucosidase (30) in enzyme saccharifying container (20); and a step of supplying the pretreatment solution to produce the saccharified solution.

A composition for lowering cholesterol containing Plantago asiatica essential oil is provided to perform oxygen-resistant using steam distillation, to lower cholesterol and to prevent or cure arteriosclerosis. A composition for lowering cholesterol contains Plantago asiatica essential oil as an effective component. The Plantago asiatica essential oil is extracted by using a steam distillation method, and includes a linalool as a main volatile refined oil material, fenchyl alcohol, bicyclogermacrene, menthen-2,3-diol and eugenol. The Plantago asiatica essential oil increases an expression of the LDL receptor from liver cells of the human, educes an expression of an HMG-CoA reductase and lowers a cholesterol of the blood of the human and the liver and an intestines, and a neutral lipid.

카페인이 제거된 녹차 분말의 제조방법이 제공된다. 본 발명은 카페인이 최대한 제거되고 카테킨의 소실은 최소화되도록 확립된 최적 조건으로 초임계유체 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하며 본 발명에 따른면 녹차에 함유된 카페인은 최대한 제거하면서도 유용성분인 카테킨의 소실은 최소화하여 카페인만 선택적으로 제거된 녹차 분말을 제조할 수 있다.
