Abstract: PURPOSE: An emission cooler is provided to eliminate an additional control operation to reduce an exhaust temperature and to reduce the entire generated amount of emission by installing the cooler in the rear part of an exhaust manifold. CONSTITUTION: A cooling device(20) is formed in the rear side of an exhaust manifold(3) to cool a temperature of emission by using coolant. The cooling device comprises by including a cooling adaptor(21) in the middle of an exhaust pipe(14). The cooling adaptor is formed by an emission hole(23) in the center and a circulating hole(22) of the coolant in the outside. Thereby, a temperature of emission through a catalyst is controlled. The generated amount of non-combusted gas is increased by increasing a fuel amount to an engine when the exhaust temperature is high. Therefore, an additional control operation to decrease the exhaust temperature is unnecessary and the whole generated amount of emission is reduced.
