PURPOSE: An siRNA-inorganic layered double hydroxide nanohybrid is provided to improve tumor-specific transfer efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An siRNA-inorganic layered double hydroxide nanohybrid is denoted by chemical formula 1(M(II)_1-Xm(III)_x(OH)_2]^X+[S][T]). In chemical formula 1, M(II) is bivalent metal cation, and M(III) is trivalent metal cation. The siRNA is derived from surviving gene. The siRNA is denoted by a base sequence selected from sequence numbers 1-9. A pharmaceutical composition for treating tumor contains the nanohybrid and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The composition is manufacture in the form of tablet, capsule, liquid, injection, ointment, or syrup.

PURPOSE: An organic/inorganic nanohybrid complex containing eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA) is provided to maximize hair growth effect with stability to heat, light, air, and oxygen. CONSTITUTION: A nanohybrid complex for promoting hair growth and preventing hair loss is inserted between metal salt layers. The metal salt is Layered double hydroxide(LDH) or Zinc Basic SaltF(ZBS). LDH is denoted by structural formula([M^2+_(1-x)N^3+_x(OH)^2]A_x yH^2O). A composition for preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth contains 0.01-20 weight% of nanohybrid complex as an active ingredient.

A target delivery method of an anti-cancer drug is provided to increase in vivo retention time and selectivity to cancer cells by increasing molecular weight with LDH(layered double hydroxide), minimize side effects and maximize drug effects by controlling the size of LDH nanoparticles, selectively delivering the drug to cancer cells, and promoting cell entrance and delivery by endocytosis. A method for inhibiting growth of cancer cells selectively comprises the steps of: regulating the size of metal layered double hydroxide(LDH) to 50-450 nm and inserting an anti-cancer drug MTX(methotrexate) between layers of the LDH through ion exchange to prepare a MTX/LDH hybrid; and administering the MTX/LDH hybrid to a cancer patient through injection, wherein the cancer cell is MNNG/HOS(N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitroso-guanidine/human osteosarcoma).

A cyclotriphosphazene-platinum(II) conjugate is provided to show high selectivity on a cancer tissue and excellent anticancer effect due to excellent permeation-retention property effect on the cancer tissue. A cyclotriphosphazene-platinum(II) conjugate is represented by the formula(1), where n is 7, 12 or 16; m is 0, 1 or 2; x is 1; each y and z is respectively 0 or 1; and each R, R' and R' is respectively selected from the group consisting of (CH3)2CH-, (CH3)2CHCH2-, (C2H5)(CH3)CH- and (C6H5)CH2-; and A and A' are independently an amine monodendate or A and A' may bound to each other to form a chelate type diamine didendate. An anticancer composition comprises the cyclotriphosphazene-platinum(II) conjugate as an effective ingredient. A method for preparing the conjugate comprises the steps of: (a) hydrolyzing a cyclotriphosphazene represented by the formula(3) to prepare an alkali metal salt or an alkali earth metal salt thereof represented by the formula(4); and (b) coupling the compound of the formula(4) to a (diamine) platinum(II) complex represented by the formula(5), where the n, m, x, y, z, R, R', R", A and A' are same as defined above; M is two alkali metal ions selected from the group consisting of potassium ion and sodium ion or Ba^2+; and L is one or two anion ligand(s) selected from the group consisting of sulfuric acid ion and nitric acid ion.

CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic material is a hybrid material of vitamin C and lamellar metallic hydroxides. A method of manufacturing the hybrid material comprises the steps of: reacting the starting material in a basic solution to make lamellar metallic hydroxide salts; and diffusing the lamellar metallic hydroxide salts in a solvent of water, or a mixed solvent, and dissolving the vitamin C, followed by ion exchange reacting it.

Disclosed is a bio-inorganic hybrid composite for retaining and carrying bio-materials with stability and reversible dissociativity, represented by the following chemical Formula I and a method for preparing the same. The bio-inorganic hybrid composite is prepared by (a) coprecipitating with an alkaline material an aqueous solution comprising a bivalent metal (M(II)) and a trivalent metal (N(III)) at a molar ratio satisfying the condition of 1/5 ≤b/(a+b)≤ 1/2 wherein a and b represent a mole number of M and N, respectively, to form a stable layered double hydroxide in which anions are intercalated and (b) subjecting the intercalated anions to ion exchange reaction with a bio-material to compensate for layer charges of the layered double hydroxide. This composite is harmless to the body and artificially controls the appropriate expression of the bio-material retained therein. PURPOSE: A multi function humidifier is provided that the various additional function of an air cleaning function, antibiotic/disinfection function, a mite removing function, and an oxygen generation function etc, are embodied in one product. CONSTITUTION: A multi function humidifier comprises an ultrasonic generator(120) for the exterminating acarid, a humidification part(110), a phytoncide humidification part(130), an oxygen generator(140), an air purification part(150). The ultrasonic generator for the exterminating acarid generates the ultrasonic wave of 25-65kHz frequency band. It is created the humidification particle from the water provided from the water pail and the humidification part discharges. It dilutes the phytoncide extract with the water of the humidification part and the phytoncide humidification part volatilizes among the air. It occurs the oxygen and it directly discharges among the air or the oxygen generator mixes in the water of the humidification part. After inhaling the external air and eliminating the dust or contaminant, the air purification part discharges.
