    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively measure bone density by setting an interest area in an X-ray image of an acquired bone, dividing this interest area into plural blocks, and setting an average gray level of pixels of the respective blocks and a value by releveling the average value as a bone trabecular index. SOLUTION: When diagnosing simple X-ray osteoporosis, first of all, after obtaining a simple X-ray image of a wrist radius of an examinee, an interest area is set. This interest area is divided into plural blocks including plural pixels, and a gray level of the respective blocks set so that the lowest gray level becomes 0 and the highest gray level becomes 255 is linearly adjusted to the pixels. Next, a bone trabecular pattern is analyzed, and a change in the bone trabecular pattern by the extraction of calcium is quantitatively determined to obtain a bone trabecular index. That is, an average gray level is arithmetically operated on the respective blocks in the interest area to determine a releveled value of the average gray level to the whole blocks to set this value as the bone trabecular index.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic and high-speed form inspection of an IC lead frame, by providing a CCD camera and a lightning control part, receiving and checking an image, and deciding a good or bad item of the lead frame. SOLUTION: An image processing part 200 is logically composed of twelve frames and can store maximum of twelve images. When a lead frame 700 is transferred by a transfer device 600 and a sensor 601 perceives this, a sensor signal is inputted to the image processing part 200 through a signal input and output part 300. And a lighting control part 500 is driven when a main control computer part 100 acknowledges the sensor signal, a CCD camera 400 is driven, and the image is inputted to a memory of the main control computer part 100 though the image processing part 200, thus the lead frame 700 is classified as normal or abnormal according to the result of the inspection. Therefore, a form inspection of a lead frame which has formerly conducted visually by inspectors is improved as processable at high speed and automatically.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a user to easily grasp the operation of a virtual camera in a method for searching the video of a three-dimensional virtual space with the sight of the virtual camera.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable formation of an oxide film pattern the lateral side of which has a gentle degree of inclination, by selectively etching a multilayered oxide layer, and thus forming an oxide film pattern with an inclined sidewall. SOLUTION: After a first oxide film 302a is evaporated on a semiconductor substrate 301, heat treatment is carried out at a temperature of 200-1400 deg.C, and a second oxide film 302b is evaporated on the first oxide film 302a. In this case, the evaporation temperature of the second oxide film 302b is lower than the evaporation temperature of the first oxide film 302a. The lateral inclination of first and second oxide film patterns to be formed after etching is very moderate. This form is made because the second oxide film 302b is etched faster than the first oxide film 302a. That is, the first oxide film 302a and the second oxide film 302b of heterojunction are different in structure and physical characteristics. When these oxide films are etched by using the same etchant, the sidewalls of these oxide films have a very gentle inclination because the etching ratios differ from each other.
