CONSTITUTION: This system is provided with a central processing means (MSERV), memory means, communicating means (NET) for mutually connecting work stations (S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, and MAN) with the central processing unit, means (LPRN) for applying a mark equipped with an identification code to each article, means (LA) for transmitting the identification code, data indicating an executed manufacturing stage, and data indicating a time when the identification code is detected to the central processing means when the particle is inputted to and/or outputted from any work station of a manufacture line, and means (LM) for detecting the change of the state of the operational condition of the work station, and data indicating a time when the change is generated, and transmitting those data to the central processing means.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To eliminate another terminal (pin) even when a voltage regulator circuit is formed into an integrated circuit form by eliminating connection between a battery anode and the voltage regulator circuit for simplified wiring. CONSTITUTION: This voltage regulator circuit is provided with sensors 19, 20 for supplying an electric signal which indicates current passing through the field winding 5 of a generator 2 at the time of operating, and control circuit 10-15 connected to the sensors 19, 20 so as to operate. The control circuit 10-15 is formed so as to control a transistor 16 for driving the field winding 5, maintain the voltage at the terminal of the battery 1 constant substantially, and change the current supplied to a battery 1 by the generator 2.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To use only one capacitor to avoid a trouble due to the different values of plural capacitors by comparing a saw tooth signal from the capacitor to be alternately charged/discharged in accordance with the terminal voltage of a lamp current detecting resistor with a threshold and controlling a lamp. CONSTITUTION: The capacitor 8 is alternately charged/discharged in accordance with the terminal voltage of the lamp current detecting resistor 9 which is generated by the lamp current of a gas discharge lamp L. A current signal IL from the lamp L is inputted to a signal processing circuit 12 in a control circuit 11 and a square wave signal having the same frequency as that of the signal IL and a square wave signal having a reverse phase against the phase of the former square signal are outputted to a saw tooth wave generator 13. The generator 13 inputs a triangular wave D having twice the frequency of a signal C to a comparator 14, which compares the signal D with a reference signal to be changed depending on an external control signal. A comparison signal E from the comparator 14 is inputted to a logic circuit 15, which outputs signals J, K for controlling transistors(TRs) 3a, 3b to control the lamp current through an inverter.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain an interface circuit for single power supply oxygen sensor having small pin count and requiring no external calibration by providing a voltage/current converter having one input terminal to be connected with a sensor, and an amplifier to be connected with the output part of the converter. CONSTITUTION: An interface circuit IC comprises a voltage/current converter V/I having two input terminals A, B to be connected with an oxygen sensor S, and an amplifier TDA to be connected with the output part of the converter V/I. The converter V/I is a differential circuit having two output terminals producing current signals Ii of same magnitude but opposite polarity at the operation. The magnitude Vi/Ri is proportional to the voltage Vi between the input terminals A, B of the converter V/I. The amplifier TDA is a high gain Rm drift-free differential amplifier having two input parts being connected with the output part of the converter V/I, and two output terminals producing a potential difference Vd proportional to the magnitude of output current from the converter V/I in operating.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a battery charging system for an automobile capable of indicating a broken wire between a battery and a generator. CONSTITUTION: A generator 4 and its output are euiqpped with a rectifier 7 for connecting to the terminal of a battery 1 by a cable 9. A switch 10 is connected to the terminal of the battery 1, and an display lamp 11 connected in series to the switch 10 is in on state, when no current is being supplied by a current generator 2. A voltage generator 3 is connected to a field winding 6 of the current generator 2 and is equipped with a first and a second input terminals A, L, respectively connected to the current generator 2 and the display lamp 11. Also a voltage regulator 3 monitors the electric potential between the first and second input terminals A, L and a control circuit 15 which turns the display lamp 11 to on state, when the electric potential exceeds a predetermined reference value during the operation of the current generator. Because of this, if an interrupt occurs between the current generator 2 and battery 1, it can be indicated to the user.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To improve reliability by providing a comparison circuit for comparing a signal that is generated by an integration circuit with a threshold signal. CONSTITUTION: When the gear of a rotor W passes the front of a pickup device P, a signal that is generated by the device P is integrated by an integration circuit 4 and its output signal Vi is inputted to the input terminal of a peak detector 9. In this state, a switch 11 is in nonconduction state so that a capacitor 10 is charged by a peak voltage due to the signal Vi. Therefore, with a threshold signal V2 that is supplied to a comparator 7 by a voltage divider 13, its amplitude is proportional to a peak value that is reached by the integration of a signal that is supplied by the device P. When the signal Vi exceeds the level of a signal V2 , the comparator 7 supplies an output signal to a logic circuit 14, thus enabling a signal Vc to be inputted. Also, an output from the comparator 7 starts a monostable circuit 12, switches the switch 11 to a conduction state for a specific time, and rapidly discharges the capacitor 10. After that, the switch 11 returns to a nonconduction state, and the capacitor 10 is charged to a new peak voltage of the signal Vi.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To detect the liquid pressure extremely as high as at least 1000 bar order by installing a wall part, an insulating plate, and a pressure resistant sensor. CONSTITUTION: A mushroom-shape metal main body 1 and an axial blind hole 4 are installed, and the main body 1 has a head 2 and a shank 3 and the blind hole 4 is to store a liquid of which the pressure is to be measured are installed. Moreover, a wall part 6 and at least one pressure resistant sensor 8 are installed, and the wall part 6 is elastically deformable by the liquid pressure and the pressure resistant sensor 8 is fixed in a part equivalent or neighboring to the wall part 6 in the upper end face of the head 2 of the main body 1 and deformable corresponding to the deformation of the wall part 6. At the time of operation, the wall part 6 is deformed corresponding to the liquid pressure introduced into the blind hole 4. An insulating plate 7 and the sensor 8 are deformed corresponding to the deformation. Corresponding to the alteration quantity of the resistance value, each thick film resistor produces an electric signal showing the pressure value of the liquid introduced into the blind hole 4. In this way extremely high liquid pressure can be detected.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To measure a steep inclination of 60 deg. or more accurately by encapsulating a conductive liquid between two supporting plates through an annular spacer and forming a specific electrode of circular segment on the supporting plate. CONSTITUTION: A closed chamber 6 is formed by ceramic supporting plate elements 1, 2 and an annular spacer 3 and encapsulating a conductive liquid 11 in the chamber 6. A pair of semicircular auxiliary electrodes 4, 5 of circular segment are formed on one of the supporting plate elements 1, 2 while a main electrode 7 is formed on the other element and they are connected through a conductive connecting part 10 to a predetermined monitor circuit. When the sensor inclines in one direction, the electric resistance increases between one auxiliary electrode and the main electrode but decreases between the other auxiliary electrode and the main electrode and thereby the inclination angle can be measured. This sensor can measure and monitor a steep inclination angle of ±60 deg. or more with a measurement error of ±2 deg..
