본 발명은 다수의 식물바이러스 감염억제 활성을 나타내는 오배자 추출물을 포함하는 조성물에 관한 것으로, 토마토모자이크바이러스(ToMV), 오이모자이크바이러스(CMV), 고추마일드모틀바이러스(PMMoV), 쥬키니황반모자이크바이러스(ZYMV), 수박모자이크바이러스(WMV), 호박모자이크바이러스(WMV2), 감자바이러스 Y(PVY), 순무모자이크 바이러스 (TuMV), 오이녹반모자이크바이러스(CGMMV), 메론괴저반점바이러스(MNSV), 감자엽권바이러스(PLRV), 나리모자이크 바이러스(LMoV), 나리무병징바이러스(LSV), 오돈토그로솜링스포트바이러스(ORSV), 심비디움모자이크바이러스(CyMV) 등 RNA를 유전자로 가진 식물바이러스에 대하여 우수한 항바이러스 활성을 나타내는 오배자 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 조성물은 천연물 유래의 물질로써 독성이 없으며, 다양한 식물바이러스에 대하여 탁월한 효과를 나타내므로, 식물바이러스 감염방제제로 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
Abstract:
An herbicidal substance, elemicin, purified from Asarum sieboldii Miq. and a preparation method thereof are provided to serve a novel herbicide having different chemical structure compared with conventional herbicides, so that it will be a lead compound for development of new herbicides. The method for preparing the elemicin having herbicidal effects purified from Asarum sieboldii Miq. comprises the steps of: (a) extracting Asarum sieboldii Miq. with methanol and drying the extract; (b) dissolving the methanol extract of Asarum sieboldii Miq. in hexane to prepare a hexane fraction; (c) subjecting the hexane fraction to column chromatography using hexane-ethylacetate-methanol solution(5:1:0.1 v/v/v) to obtain HB fraction; (d) subjecting the HB fraction to column chromatography using hexane-ethylacetate-methanol solution(9:1:0.5 v/v/v) to obtain HBB fraction; (e) subjecting the HBB fraction to column chromatography using hexane-ethylacetate solution(5:5 v/v) to obtain HBBA fraction; and (f) subjecting the HBBA fraction to affinity column chromatography using methanol-acetonitrile solution(9:1 v/v) to obtain HBBAA fraction.

본 발명은 살균된 민들레에 누룩균( Asperillus oryzae )을 접종한 후, 발효시켜 민들레 발효물을 제조하는 단계(A); 및 상기 민들레 발효물을 열수추출하여 민들레 발효추출물을 수득하는 단계(B); 를 포함하는 과정으로부터 수득되는 민들레 발효추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 간 보호용 조성물에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to hebicide activity of an amyris-essential oil obtained from amyris plant (Amyris balsamifera) through hot water extraction or steam distillation of amyris plants (amyris balsamifera) and, more specifically, to the non-selective herbicide activity of essential oil extracted from Amyris balsamifera against broad leaved weed and grass weed. The amyris essential oil of the present invention is available in environment-friendly agriculture or an organic farming arable land by rapidly removing broad leaved weed and grass weed in foliage treatment.

The dandelion jeonbyeong of the present invention allows a consumer to easily consume dandelions and provides a jeonbyeong optimized for a consumer preference.
