    Abstract: PURPOSE: A black body for the Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer correction capable of using at the outside is provided to easily compare with the spectrum data base and is provided to have the effect that the detection discrimination is becoming fast by a detection signal which exists on a straight base line. CONSTITUTION: A black body for the Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer correction capable of using at the outside comprises housing, a TTRS IR element (11), an IR transmission lens (12), a fixing plate (14), a housing cover (15), a black body control circuit board (17), a power control circuit board (18), and a water-tightness connector (19). The housing integrally forms a large diameter unit (10a) and a small diameter unit (10b). The TTRS IR element is located inside the small diameter unit and performs the correction of the spectral frequency. The IR transmission lens is installed at the end of the small diameter unit and radiates a blackbody light line, which is radiated in a point light shape from the TTRS IR element, by enlarging the blackbody light line. The fixing plate is installed at the TTRS IR element and delivers the heat, which is generated from the TTRS IR element, to the housing. The housing cover is combined to the end of the large diameter unit and seals the inner side of the housing. The black body control circuit board is located inside the large diameter unit and has a main CPU which controls the TTRS IR element.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a humidity control device for a chemical substance detector, including a sensor chip (20) having an electrode body made of a voltage plate, to which asymmetrical AC high-voltage (Vrf) is applied, unlike a ground plate (23) serving as a ground, to realize an ionized flow of circulation air as an asymmetric ion mobility, and a signal detecting part (25) for detecting a position change of a reactant ion peak (RIP); and a pack unit (30) having a molecular sieve for removing humidity together with charcoal removing pollutants and humidity from the circulation air. The humidity can be constantly maintained by the flow rate control using the asymmetrical ion mobility sensor. In particular, since a lifespan of the sieve pack is determined by the humidity control technology, it is possible to reduce malfunction and false detection of the chemical substance detector which is influenced by the humidity. In addition, the influence on the lifespan of the equipment is reduced.
