An objective of the present invention is to provide a gas generation device for producing a toxic gas having a very low concentration, and a gas generation method using same. According to the gas generation device for producing a toxic gas having a very low concentration, the structural characteristics of a sample storage container (10) using a permeable tube is used, an organic combination is performed between the control of the flow rate of a supply fluid which generates the gas having the very low concentration through the sample storage container (10) and dilutes the gas having the very low concentration in phases, temperature, humidity, and the like, and a gas having an extremely low concentration that is required for a gas detection and monitoring device can be generated so that a gas sample requirement for the gas detection and monitoring device is satisfied, an effect on the human body during a test using the toxic gas can be minimized, and various chemical material samples and the sample storage container can be used.

The present invention relates to an identification method of bacillus bacteria which is to identify sporulated bacteria by directly introducing the bacteria to a Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization Time-Of-Flight Mass Spectrometer (MALDI-TOF MS) without pretreatment and a biomarker for identification of spores. Through an identification method of bacillus bacteria according to the present invention, it is possible to promptly and easily analyze out, detect, and identify the bacillus bacteria.

PURPOSE: An organophosphorus compound gas sensor and a manufacturing method thereof, and a chemical gas sensor using the same and method using the sensor are provided to improve resettability by reducing a time required for attaching/detaching gas molecule in a room temperature. CONSTITUTION: An organophosphorus compound gas sensor comprises source-drain electrodes(131,132), a substrate(134), and a detecting layer(133). Power is applied to the source-drain electrodes. The source-drain electrodes are formed on the substrate. The detecting layer contains a single carbon nano tube between the source-drain electrodes on the substrate. The source-drain electrodes are formed with palladium metal. Electrode patterns are formed by using a photolithographic method and a liftoff method together.

본발명은, 수분에영향을받지않고독성가스를검출하는것이가능한분석대상가스농축용흡착제와그 제조방법및 분석대상가스의검출방법을제공한다. 분석대상가스농축용흡착제는다공성실리카의표면과기공의내부까지실리콘탄소복합체가코팅되어형성된다. 분석대상가스농축용흡착제의제조방법은밀폐된반응기에서코팅층을형성하는단계를통해다공성실리카의표면과기공의내부에코팅층을형성한다. 그리고, 분석대상가스농축용흡착제를이용하여기체크로마토그래피분석을실시하면수분의유무에관계없이분석대상가스를농축시키고반응기안에서한번에열탈착시킴으로서상기분석대상가스를검출할수 있다.

PURPOSE: A carbon nano tube transistor-base gas sensor for sensing an organic phosphorus compound gas and a manufacturing method thereof provide high sensitivity and high selectivity with respect to each sensing object gas according to applied cognitive material and obtain a subminiature, a low power, and a high-sensitivity gas sensor by using based on a carbon nano tube. CONSTITUTION: A carbon nano tube transistor-base gas sensor for sensing an organic phosphorus compound gas comprises a molecule recognizer. The molecule recognizer is specially joined to an organic phosphorus compound gas in one end of an alkane main chain. A cognitive material having a thiol group or a cyano group in the other end of the alkane main chain is fixed to a gold electrode through the thiol group or the cyano group.

PURPOSE: A pyrolysis device is provided to contain a biotic agent sample and a cuspal part of a storage part, thereby reliably proceeding a mixing. CONSTITUTION: A quartz tube(100) comprises a storage part with a cuspal inner surface in which a biotic agent sample and a TMAH(Tetramethylammonium hydroxide) are stored. The quartz tube comprises a body part of cylindrical shape in which an opening is formed in an opposite end of the storage part. A pyrolysis device body(200) comprises a lid part which is sealing inner side of the opening by covering the opening of the body part. A housing covers the quartz tube. The lid part(270) is covered adhering to a surface and flank in a fastening direction.
