Abstract:
본 발명은 바지락의 원산지를 판별할 수 있는 특이적 단일염기다형성(SNP) 부위를 포함하는 단일염기다형성 마커들, 이들 마커에 대한 프라이머들 및 이들을 사용하는 바지락의 원산지를 판별하는 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명은 바지락의 원산지를 미량의 시료로부터 정확하고 특이적으로 판별하여 중국산 바지락을 한국산 바지락으로 속여서 수입, 유통 및 판매되는 문제점을 신속하고 정확하게 차단하는 대책을 마련하게 함으로써 시장에서 불법 행위를 막고 국내 소비자 이익과 건강을 보호하고 생태계 교란을 예방할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a simply operable portable cell disrupter and DNA extractor and, more specifically, to a method for disrupting cells and a DNA extractor which are invented for general users to simply perform DNA extraction from cell tissues which used to be possible only for researchers by processing various devices and reagents and testing for a predetermined time in a conventional laboratory. Such DNA disrupter comprises: a disrupting container for disrupting bioparticles including reagents and beads for cell disruption; a stopper including a filter which only extracts genes from disrupted cells and a gene amplification unit; a groove for installing a needle which is formed to install the needle in the center of the protruded part of the stopper; the needle installed in the groove for installing the needle; and a cap for protecting the needle.

PURPOSE: A probe for determining classification system of animals belonging to Cetacea, DNA chips and kit including the same, and a classification determining method of animals belonging to the Cetacea using the same are provided to simply, rapidly and accurately judge genotypes of a plurality of animals belong to whale and subpopulation of the same without analyzing base sequence. CONSTITUTION: A probe for determining classification system of animals belonging to Cetacea is specifically combined with COI(Cytochrome C Oxidase subunit I) DNA region in mitochondria DNA of each species which are belong to the Cetacea. The probe comprises a probe of polynucleotide having base sequence of sequence number 3[SEQ ID NO:3]-14 or complementary base sequence of the polynucleotides. The length of the probe is 15 greater and 30 or less number of bases. A DNA chip for the classification system determination of the animals belonging to the Cetacea comprises probes which specifically unite with the COI gene region of the mitochondrial DNA of each animal belonging to the Cetacea. A classification system decision method of the animals belonging to the Cetacea comprises the following steps: PCR amplifying mitochondrial DNA of samples using primers for amplifying the mitochondrial DNA of each kind of animal belonging to the Cetacea; mixing the mitochondrial DNA amplified in the DNA chip; and detecting reactants which are mixed with probes of the DNA chips and determining classification system.
