    Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for processing dead livestock is provided that the dead livestock is piled-up in the inner structure of housing. It is processed with the natural fermentation. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) for processing dead livestock comprises a housing(110), a ceiling unit(120), a gas discharge unit, a heating unit, and a leachate discharging unit. The housing has the floor side and wall. The dead livestock is accepted. It is combined in the ceiling unit the housing to be attachable. The ceiling unit silver one or a gas discharge hole(121) described in the above is had. The gas discharge unit discharges the gas created in the dead livestock through the gas discharge hole. The heating unit heats the inside of the housing. The leachate discharging unit discharges the leachate created in the housing.
