    Abstract: The rice bread or rice cake is prepd. by (a) soaking polished rice in the water and dehydrating into water content 25-30 %, (b) pulverilizing the dehydrated rice into 80 mesh or more, (c) adding 1 wt.% yeast and 1 wt.% vinegar into the obtd. rice powder, kneading and forming, (d) fermenting the formed rice dough at 25-35 deg.C and 90-99 % humidity for 1-1.5 hr., and (e) steaming the fermented rice dough to obtain the final product.

    Abstract: 본 발명은 두부의 제조후에 남는 부산물로서, 수분 함량이 높고 영양성분을 다량으로 함유하고 있어 극히 부패하기 쉬운 비지의 순물의 저장성을 개선하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 비지에 비지1㎏당 5-10%산을 50-70㎖의 양으로 첨가하여 pH를 3.3~3.7로 조정하거나 순물 100ℓ당 30% 과산화수소를 0.4~0.7ℓ의 양으로 첨가한 후, 용기에 담아 밀봉 또는 진공 포장 함을 특징으로 한다. 산으로는 초산 또는 양조 식초가 특히 바람직하게 사용된다.

    Abstract: A DNA probe for early diagnosing black line dwarf disease virus (I) is prepd. by (a) separating the (I) from a green leafhopper larva infected with the (I), (b) preparing cDNA library of the (I), (c) ligating the obtd. cDNA with rambda gtll vector to obtain the recombinant rambda gtll phage DNA (II), (d) inserting the obtd. (II) into pUC19 and transforming into E. coli JM101, and (e) collecting the recombinant clone. The obtd. DNA probe is useful for the early diagnosis of a green leafhopper larba infected with the (I).

    Abstract: The poria cocos is cultured by 1) putting 80-90 wt% sawdust, 10-20 wt% ricebran and a few pieces of pine tree into the seed bottle and sterilizing it at 85-90 deg. C for 5-6 hrs. or at 121 deg. C for 90 min., 2) innoculating the poria cocos(mushroom) into the sterilized medium and culturing at 25-30 deg. C for 30-50 days to obtain the mushroom seed, 3) inserting the mushroom seed in the bottle into the pine tree inserted into groove of cut wood, and 4) burying it under soil and culturing.
