Abstract:
PURPOSE: A microorganism Lactobacillus fermentum and a method for producing conjugated linoleic acid(CLA) using the same microorganism are provided, which microorganism can be used in food because the microorganism is isolated from human, and which conjugated linoleic acid(CLA) has anticancer activity, antioxidative activity, cholesterol reduction, immunity improvement, fat reduction and muscle improvement. CONSTITUTION: The microorganism Lactobacillus fermentum(KACC 91008) is isolated from the feces of human and produces conjugated linoleic acid(CLA), The method for producing conjugated linoleic acid(CLA) comprises the steps of: culturing Lactobacillus fermentum in a medium for 24 hours; adding linoleic acid and tween 80 into the medium; and culturing the medium for 24 hours, thereby the medium contains 0.30 to 0.39 mg of CLA.

본 발명은 아스퍼질러스 오리제 83-10 균주를 이용한 쌀알 누룩의 제조방법 및 상기 방법으로 제조된 쌀알 누룩에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법으로 제조된 쌀알 누룩으로 제조한 막걸리는 아미노산도가 낮고, 가용성 고형물 및 환원당 함량이 적으며, 색과 향이 우수하다.

PURPOSE: A feed additive composition for livestock and a manufacturing method thereof is provided to improve the liver function, reduce cholesterol of livestock and increase milk yield and milk quality. CONSTITUTION: Calcium hydroxide is added in evening primrose seed oil in which the gamma-linolenic acid is contained and evening primrose seed oil calcium salt is formed. After the evening primrose seed oil calcium salt is fixated in a silica powder carrier, moisture is removed by using a vacuum dryer. And the evening primrose seed oil which is fixed in the carrier is manufactured. The evening primrose seed oil and hardening palm stearin oil are mixed in weight ratio of 5-7:3-5. The mixture is mold into a first coated evening primrose seed oil pellet by using an extruder in which porous plate size has a diameter of 0.8-1.2 mm and a temperature of a extruded tube is 50-60°C. The pellet is cut into 0.8-1.2 mm. The hardening palm stearin oil is sprayed on the cut particle by a spray mode in a coater; the cut particle is secondarily coated in weight ratio of 0.8-1.2:0.8-1.2. The livestock is a ruminant. PURPOSE: A producing method of rumen-protecting choline for producing choline-fortified milk, and the rumen-protecting choline are provided to prevent the decomposition of a choline component in rumen of milking cow. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of rumen-protecting choline for producing choline-fortified milk comprises the following steps: fixing a choline solution on a fixing carrier, and removing the moisture to obtain choline fixed to the fixing carrier; mixing the choline fixed to the fixing carrier with a first binding/coating agent for coating, and extruding to obtain firstly coated choline; inserting the firstly coated choline in a rotating drum-type coating machine, and coating with a second binding/coating agent to obtain secondly coated choline; cooling the secondly coated choline at 40 deg C; and inserting the secondly coated choline in the rotating drum-type coating machine, and coating with the second binding/coating agent to obtain thirdly coated choline.

PURPOSE: A feed composition for improving an accumulation rate of γ-linolenic acid and a using method thereof are provided to improve productivity of domestic animal by improving the accumulation rate of γ-linolenic acid included in evening primrose seed oil. CONSTITUTION: Evening primrose seed oil diluents are formed by mixing water and evening primrose seed raw oil. The evening primrose seed raw oil is formed by concentrating the evening primrose seed oil diluents. The evening primrose seed oil diluents are formed to powder by mixing rice husk powder and the additives containing the evening primrose seed oil. The concentration of the evening primrose seed oil is 20 ~ 40 weight%. The evening primrose seed oil is mixed with water by a surfactant. The surfactant includes sorbitan fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester, and polyoxyethylene glycerin monooleate.

The alkaline chemicals are a mixture selected from a group consisting of sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium phosphate, sodium metaphosphate, sodium pyrophosphate, potassium pyrophosphate, sodium silicate, and sodium metasilicate.
