Abstract:
본 발명은 팽이버섯을 이용한 양념장 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게 설명을 하면, 팽이버섯을 식육의 연화제로서 이용하는 양념장 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 팽이버섯을 이용한 양념장 조성물은 돈육, 우육, 가금육, 양육 등의 식육의 연도개선 효과 및 육질의 맛을 풍부하게 하는 바, 특히 종래에는 육질이 떨어져서 소비자에게 외면되오던 산란노계육을 본 발명의 양념장으로 양념함으로써 육질이 개선되는 효과를 통하여 산란노계육의 상업성을 크게 증대시킬 수 있다. 또한, 최근 경제적으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 가금업계 및 버섯생산자업자가 경제적 이익을 볼 수 있는 부가적 효과도 있다. 팽이버섯, 양념장, 산란노계육

A feed additive for producing gamma-linolenic acid-enriched eggs and a preparing method thereof are provided to accumulate gamma-linolenic acid within eggs by 10mg or more in order to product high functional eggs. A method for preparing a feed additive for producing gamma-linolenic acid-enriched eggs comprises the following steps of: mixing 20-40wt% of evening primrose seed oil, 0-5wt% of sorbitan fatty acid ester, 0-5wt% of polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester, 0.5-1wt% of polyoxyethylene glycerin monooleate and 0-75.5wt% of water; and adding 4-9wt% of another water and agitating the mixture at 10000rpm. The sorbitan fatty acid ester represents sorbitan monooleate. The polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester indicates polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate. The evening primrose seed oil has uniform particle size of 0.1mum. The 1.5wt% of feed additive is added to common feed.

PURPOSE: A lactic acid bacterium for higher productivity of livestock is provided, which microorganism has improved acid and bile acid tolerances to survive in the intestines of livestock, and improved pathogenic bacteria inhibiting activity to replace antibiotics. CONSTITUTION: The lactic acid bacterium for higher productivity of livestock is Lactobacillus crispatus Gyesan (KCTC-10326BP), wherein Lactobacillus crispatus Gyesan (KCTC-10326BP) is isolated from the intestines of livestock; and Lactobacillus crispatus Gyesan (KCTC-10326BP) has the following properties: (1) rod shape, (2) non-mobility, (3) non-spore forming, (4) Gram positive, (5) optimal temperature of 37 to 39 deg. C, (6) optimal pH of 6.3 to 6.7, (7) facultative anaerobic, and (8) lactic acid production.

본 발명은 축사에서 사육되는 가금을 자동으로 출하할 수 있고, 또 축사의 온도를 자동으로 조절할 수 있는 고상식 축사에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 축사 내부에 조성되는 공간을 최대한 활용하여 가금의 사육공간을 충분히 확보할 수 있고, 특히 축사의 내부를 가로지르는 컨베이어 시스템을 이용하여 사육이 완료된 가금을 손쉽게 축사 밖으로 출하시킬 수 있는 등 노동력 절감에 따른 생산성 향상을 도모할 수 있는 한편, 동절기나 하절기 등 주변의 환경에 따라 축사의 온도를 자동으로 조절할 수 있는 냉온수보일러 시스템을 구비함으로써, 축사 내부를 항상 적절한 온도 조건으로 유지할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 가금의 질병 발생 및 폐사율을 줄일 수 있는 등 축사 내의 쾌적한 사육 환경을 조성할 수 있는 가금 자동 출하장치가 설치되어 있는 고상식 축사를 제공한다.

PURPOSE: A method for producing Seonghwan-commercial chicken number one and a method for distinguishing the product are provided to improve the quality of the product and to obtain peculiar genetic properties. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing Seonghwan-commercial chicken number one is as follows. Genomic DNA is extracted from hen species to be analyzed. PCR(Polymerase Chain Reaction) is performed by using a primer pair of the sequence number 3 and 4. The insertion of the sequence number 1 and 2 is confirmed from the PCR amplification product. PCR is performed by using the primer pair of the sequence number 5 and 6. The restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis is performed by using Alu I restriction enzyme.

본 발명은 크산토필을 함유한 가축사료첨가제의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게 설명을 하면, 본 발명의 가축사료첨가제는 크산토필을 100 ∼ 1,000 ppm을 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한 그 제조방법상의 특징은 케일, 시금치, 무청, 순무 잎 등의 크산토필이 풍부한 녹황색 식물체에 존재하는 크산토필을 발효주정을 이용하여 추출함으로써, 기존의 메탄올, 헥산올 등의 유기용매를 이용하여 크산토필을 추출하는 방법과 비교하여 추출공정을 간소화시킬 수 있으며, 특히 본 발명에서는 인체에 유해한 유기용매의 회수공정이 필요없다. 또한, 본 발명의 가축사료첨가제는 단가가 저렴한 기능성 사료첨가제로서, 이를 이용하여 산란계를 사육시키면 루테인(lutein), 제아잔틴(zeaxanthin)이 풍부한 기능성 계란을 생산할 수 있다. 발효주정, 크산토필, 루테인, 제아잔틴, 가축사료첨가제

A livestock feed supplement containing xanthophylls and a preparing method thereof are provided to extract xanthophylls from kale, spinach, radish tops and turnip leaf for chicken feed in order to secure eggs with the high content of lutein and zeaxanthin. A livestock feed supplement contains 100 ~ 1,000 ppm of extracted xanthophylls. The livestock feed supplement is added to one or more kinds of feed selected from the group consisting of chicken feed, duck feed, cow feed, dog feed and pig feed. A method for preparing the livestock feed supplement comprises the following steps of: mixing plants and ferment ethanol with alcohol concentration of 85-95wt% in a ratio of 1 to 4~10; dipping and filtering the mixture to extract xanthophylls from the plants; and eliminating a solid phase and filtrating the rest of it using a filtering paper. The extract of the xanthophylls is performed in the presence of ultrasonic wave of 50~60 Hz. The plants represent one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of kale, spinach, radish tops and turnip leaf. The plants are prepared as powder. The feed contains 0.1-5wt% of the livestock feed supplement. The chicken feed containing the livestock feed supplement shows 0.04mg/yolk 1g of lutein and 0.006mg/yolk 1g of zeaxanthin.

A method of manufacturing meat flakes using surimi-like material containing myofibrillar proteins extracted from spent laying hens is provided to remove a fishy smell of the meat from spent laying hens and to utilize the meat which is hitherto discarded as waste. The production of flakes through surimi-like material containing myofibrillar proteins extracted from spent laying hens is performed by the steps of: producing surimi-like material by extracting myofibrillar proteins from spent laying hens using NaCl solutions; diluting the surimi-like material by mixing the surimi-like material and 50 to 90% by weight of a mixed curing solution; removing moisture by drying the sample of the diluted surimi-like material at 90 to 120deg.C for 3 to 5hr; and leaving the sample at room temperature. During the diluting process, seasonings or spices are additionally added. The mixed curing solution contains garlic powder and milk powder to remove a fishy smell of the meat from spent laying hens.
