PURPOSE: A novel Lactobacillus parakefiri NAAS-1 strain is provided to reduce fertilizer cost and to ensure stability of agricultural products. CONSTITUTION: A Lactobacillus parakefiri NAAS-1 (deposit number: KACC 91519P) has an effect of promoting crop growth. A microorganism formulation for promoting crop growth contains Lactobacillus parakefiri NAAS-1 or culture liquid. A microorganism fertilizer for promoting crop growth contains the microorganism formulation. The Lactobacillus parakefiri NAAS-1 spawn powder is prepared by culturing the strain, adding 0.5% of soybean cake and 1.2% of anhydroglucose, drying at 40 degrees Celsius for 48 hours, and pulverizing.

A novel Bacillus sp. YJH-051 strain is provided to produce metabolites having strong spore inhibiting activity against Colletotrichum sp., a pathogenic bacteria causing anthracnose, thereby being used as an environment-friendly farming material for decreasing the anthracnose and increasing the marketability and productivity of hot pepper. A Bacillus sp. YJH-051 strain having antifungal activity against Colletotrichum sp. is deposited as a deposition number of KACC91195P. A method for controlling anthracnose comprises a step of treating hot pepper fruits or hot pepper cultivation soils with the Bacillus sp. YJH-051 strain or a metabolite thereof.

The novel microorganism, Paraconiothyrium minitans S134 (KACC 93156P) strain of the present invention is represented by sequence number 1 and controls the growth of pathogenic bacteria causing sclerotinia rot or white rot. According to the present invention, provided are a novel microorganism, Paraconiothyrium minitans S134 having an excellent control effect against pathogenic bacteria causing sclerotinia rot or white rot, and a microbial formulation and microbial pesticide containing the same, so that the occurrence of sclerotinia rot or white rot is inhibited and the number of plants can be increased.

According to the present invention, the novel microorganism bacillus amyloliquefaciens NAAS-1 having an excellent prevention effect against Chinese cabbage bacterial soft rot and a microbial product and a microbial pesticide containing the same are provided so that by inhibiting occurrence of Chinese cabbage bacterial soft rot, it is possible to grow crops thereby increasing a quantity of crops.
