PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for service registration in a multi mode portable terminal are provided to try the registration to another network by releasing a service disable state when a service disable state occurs resulting from the refusal to the registration of the network. CONSTITUTION: A system registration management unit(102) confirms the priority of the preset service registration when registering a service, and performs the registration procedure to the network that provides the confirmed priority service. When the refusal corresponding to service impossibility occurs during registration procedure, the system registration management unit reboots a multi-mode terminal. The system registration management unit performs the registration to the network that provides the next priority service.

A wafer backside polishing apparatus having a color sensor is provided to prevent a burning defect of the wafer by detecting a color of the wafer which is completed with the backside polishing. A plurality of chuck tables(32a,32b,32c,32d,32e) absorb a front surface of the wafer(20). A plurality of grinders(33a,33b,34) polish the backside of the wafer by positioning on at least one chuck table. A color sensor(35) verifies a polishing state of the backside of the wafer by detecting the color of the wafer backside on which the backside polishing is completed. The color sensor is installed at upper parts of the chuck tables adsorbing the wafer of which a rear surface has been polished.
Abstract:
A method for fabricating a semiconductor device is provided to minimize formation of bridges between fine patterns by eliminating water remaining on a substrate using a drying agent containing fluorinated organic compound. A fine pattern is formed on a substrate(100) by using set etching solution, and then the substrate with the fine pattern is dried by using a drying agent containing a fluorinated organic compound. The fluorinated organic compound contains at least one selected from the group consisting of hydrofluoroether(HFE), hydroflurocarbon(HFC), and perflurocarbon(PFC). The substrate with the fine pattern is rinsed by deionized water.

어레이 기판 및 이를 갖는 표시장치가 개시된다. TFT 어레이층은 기판 상에 구비되고, 반투과층은 제1 방향으로 진행하는 제1 광을 투과시키는 투과전극 및 상기 제1 방향과 반대하는 제2 방향으로 진행하는 제2 광을 반사하는 반사전극으로 이루어진다. 투과전극과 반사전극은 TFT 어레이층과 전기적으로 연결된다. 편광층은 반사전극의 상부에 구비되어 제1 및 제2 광을 편광한다. 컬러필터층은 다수의 색화소로 이루어져 반사전극의 상부에 구비된다. 따라서, 어레이 기판과 이를 갖는 표시장치의 표시품질 및 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device using dual scan driving method is provided to reduce the cost of manufacturing. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display device using dual scan driving method includes a timing controller(100), a first and second gate drivers, a first and second data drivers, and a panel(40). The timing controller(100) receives outward data, clock signal, and a synchronous signal, and outputs a control signal and data for displaying the data. The first and second gate drivers generate first and second gate driving signals according to the control signal, respectively. The first and second data drivers output the output data of the timing controller in a predetermined status according to the control signal. The panel(40) displays the output data of the first and second data drivers according to the first and second gate driving signals. The timing controller includes a first and second memory(11,12) as well as a data controller(10,20). The first and second memories(11,12) store outward data. The data controller(10,20) control the panel to write on/read from the memories alternatively.

이 발명은 박막 트랜지스터 액정 표시 장치(TFT LCD)의 데이터 구동 회로에 관한 것으로서, 종래의 싱글 뱅크(single bank) 도트 반전(dot inversion) 구동 회로에 반전 선택 회로를 포함시켜 라인 반전(line inversion) 구동이나 도트 반전(dot inversion) 구동을 선택할 수 있는 구동 회로의 구성에 관한 것이다. 또한 상기의 구동 회로를 듀얼 뱅크(dual bank)용 액정 표시 장치에 적용하는 경우에, 반전 선택 신호를 라인 반전으로 선택하고 상측 구동 회로와 하측 구동 회로의 출력 전압의 극성을 반대로 하여 패널(panel)에 인가함으로써 도트 반전 구동의 듀얼 뱅크용 액정 표시 장치를 실현할 수 있다. 상기한 구동 회로는 다수의 구동 방식을 적용할 수 있으므로 사용 범위가 확대되고, 개개의 구동 회로를 별도로 개발하는 것에 비하여 비용 절감의 효과가 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A substrate drying part (100) dries a rinsing liquid on a substrate. A drying liquid separation part (20) collects mixed liquid from the substrate drying part. The drying liquid separation part separates the drying liquid from the mixed liquid. The drying liquid separation part includes a first separation part and a second separation part. A drying liquid supply part (30) resupplies the separated drying liquid to the substrate drying part.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for scanning a network in a mobile communication terminal are provided to scan only a frequency included in a obtaining DB by comparing an obtaining DB with a PLMN list to scan the entire frequency band, thereby quickly searching a network. CONSTITUTION: If all PLMNs in a PLMN(Public Land Mobile Network) list(222) are included in an obtaining DB(224), a scan control unit(202) scans stored frequencies in the obtaining DB. If PLMNs in the PLMN list are not included in the obtaining DB, the scan control unit scans frequencies stored in the obtaining DB. The scan control unit scans the remaining frequencies.

A method of drying a semiconductor substrate is provided to prevent a water mark from being formed on a surface of the substrate by substituting deionized water by isopropyl alcohol. An isopropyl alcohol solution is heated by a drying temperature to generate isopropyl alcohol vapor, and then a drying atmosphere having isopropyl alcohol vapor of 0.02 to 0.1 volume% is formed. A semiconductor substrate(200) is provided under the drying atmosphere while the drying temperature is maintained. The drying temperature is 120 to 150 °C, and the semiconductor substrate is provided at a speed of 1 to 6 mm/s. Deionized water is substituted by isopropyl alcohol on the semiconductor substrate.
