Abstract:
The present invention relates to a novel bacillus thuringiensis endotoxic protein gene with improved insecticidal activities against lepidopteran insects and to a method for producing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing a bacillus thuringiensis endotoxic gene with strong insecticidal activities against lepidopteran insects such as Mamestra brassicae, Spodoptera litura, and Spodoptera exigua. The purpose of the present invention is achieved through the steps of: confirming a base sequence and a tertiary structure of a mod-cry1AC gene; producing a PIM-mod-cry1AC vector using the mod-cry1AC gene obtained from the previous step; producing a mutation-inducing primer using the mod-cry1AC as a mold; performing a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) using the mutation-inducing primer obtained from the previous step so as to produce novel BT endotoxic protein gene to be transformed in colon bacilli and confirming mutations; and confirming a base sequence and a tertiary structure of the novel BT endotoxic protein gene obtained from the previous step. Accordingly, in the present invention, agricultural products, which are not damaged by larvae of various lepidopteran insects, can be produced using a microorganism formulation including novel recombinant endotoxic protein gene Mut-N16.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A recombinant virus AcEasy-RBSDV1SP and a baculovirus expression vector system using the same are provided to diagnose rice black streaked dwarf virus. CONSTITUTION: An RNA-dependent RNA polymerase has a sequence of sequence number 1, isolated from rice black streaked dwarf virus. A transition vector, pDualBac-RBSDV1SP, contains a gene encoding RNA-dependent RNA polymerase. A recombinant virus is prepared by in vitro transposition of the transition vector to bEasyBac(KCTC 11499BP). A Baculovirus expression system for producing a large amount of RNA-dependent RNA polymerase of rice black streaked dwarf virus is prepared by transfection of recombinant virus AcEasy-RBSDV1SP(KCTC 11804BP) to insect cell line.

PURPOSE: A gene sequence encoding glycoprotein gB, gC, and gD of swine Aujeszky's disease virus(ADV) is provided to develop virus vaccine and diagnosis reagent and apparatus and to prevent miscarriage of pregnant pig. CONSTITUTION: A DNA fragment encoding glycoprotein gB of swine Aujeszky's disease virus(ADV) NYJ(KCTC 11132BP) has a base sequence of sequence number 1. A DNA fragment encoding glycoprotein gC of swine Aujeszky's disease virus(ADV) NYJ(KCTC 11132BP) has a sequence of sequence number 2. A DNA fragment encoding glycoprotein gD of swine Aujeszky's disease virus(ADV) NYJ(KCTC 11132BP) has a sequence of sequence number 3. A polypeptide encoded by the DNA fragment has amino acid sequences of sequence number 4(gB), 5(gC), and 6(gD).
